Alex Phillips, a a 17 year-old Wisconsin teenager, has been arrested on felony charges of child pornography. He also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.

Phillips posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on his MySpace account.
Ouch!
When contacted by by police about the two cell phone camera images of his 16 year-old ex, Phillips refused to take them down.
Dumbass!
When he was threatened with facing jail time for displaying naked photos of an underage girl, he responded with, "Fuck that, I am keeping them up."
Ok, now he really is a dumbass!
Apparently, Phillips posted the photos some time last week to "vent."
Turns out the pics were taken by his ex-girlfriend, a Vanessa Hudgens fan apparently, who then gave them to Phillips.
As for the photo captions, Phillips added below the photos, "Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!"
Both sets of parents must be proud!

Re: pure slytherin – I agree with you Slyterin. The only place in my house my almost 13yo daughter will find a computer is in the family room. If she can't do it right in front of me, she can't do it at all. Of course she doesn't have a tv or phone in her room at all.
Now adays that might be called abuse, but I lived throught it just fine. Also no myspace or facebook. There is no reason for her to be talking to strangers on the internet ever. She's got IM's, but I make sure I know all the names on the list at all times. Family and family friends only. (that means Kids I know the parents of)
Parents CAN and DO control their childrens access to computers. It is possible. If your child is on myspace, then you need to be checking their pages and their contacts etc. If I saw this on my son's page, I'd have wiped his pages, canceled his account and password protected his computer so he could only get on when I let him. Then I'd have called the girlfriends Mom.
Ugh…I got up to lots of trouble when I was a teen…but this is disgusting.

As a teacher, I agree with the parent who mentioned that kids today have control, and they know it. Even our legislation (NCLB) puts kids in control. It's absolutely frightening.
Parents can't be over their children's shoulders every minute. If a kid really wants a MySpace page, he or she will find a way to get one–regardless of what mommy and daddy say. I agree that MySpace needs to think about some kind of policing system… that asshole kid completely humiliated that girl.
