Cameron Diaz was snapped on the set of her new film, My Sister's Keeper, Wednesday in Los Angeles…
And she was bald!
And, we don't think it's fake!
Diaz told the assembled paparazzi that she really did shave off all her hair.
She could have been lying to them, though!

its real - part of the reason that dakota fanning and her sister turned down the roles of the two girls is because they didn't want to shave their heads. it's part of the contract and needed for the story - it's really sweet.

Looks like a fake to me, look at the her head, it has arealy weird shape, like someone stuck something (hair) into it and cover it up.
It's fake. Scalps are paler than facial skin due to the scalp being hidden by hair. It doesn't make sense that her scalp would be the same color as her face. Plus, you can see a line across her… forehead I guess you can call it. It's a cap.

I don't know how you couldn't tell it was a bald cap by looking at it. I could tell within five seconds because of the lining that is visible from the cap and the slight bulge of hair underneath the cap.
unless she has the wonkiest shaped head ( a la dan akroyd from coneheads) then it is obviously fake== there never should have been a reason to question it…….. also unless she had waxed it or it had fallen out naturally i dont think it wouldve been so shiney and perfect from shaving it

As a makeup artist, I can tell you the easiest way to spot a bald cap is to measure where the eyes fall in the head. The eyes fall in the middle of the head (most people don't believe this because hair throws off the perspective) but bald caps, because of the hair, make the top of the head larger than the lower half. Take a piece of paper, line it up with her face and mark the chin and top of the head, then mark the eyes, the top half is bigger.
