Re: Steve – Why does Kennedy get elected time and time again?? I asked that very question and this is, what I felt, was the plausible answer. Kennedy gets all kinds of programs passed in the liberal state of Mass. The name and the connections to old money are there. The locals (the only ones who can elect him) are kept happy by his wheeling-n-dealing and the rest of us in the remaining 49 states have to hear his junk when we turn on the news. He gets so much press bc/ of his name.
i dont mind donating to charity as long as i know the money is going to a good cause which this definitely is. how much of the donations go to the actual cause. the fat pot bellied suits take there cut and go on there martini lunches with our donations. crooked bastards too lazy to get a real job. get on the board and split the money. i give to saint judes and the paralized veterans association. money i dont mind giving too. we got kids who were dealt a bad hand in life and i gladly give. im a veteran and i take care of my brothers. paralized veterans association can have my money. these fat suits capitalizing on ted kennedys unfortunate situation is bullshit. the guy got diagnosed two days ago and already the hands are out for money. beware people.
you woke up a sleeping giant on this one. this poor guy just got diagnosed two days ago and already the hands are out. shame on all of you. i pray for everyone with this god awful diagnosis. god bless anyone with this but the suits are out for the money. two days later and the hands are out. couldnt you have at least wait one week. cmon how much of your donations are going to the cause and how much of your money is lineing the fat lazy suits asses. pay for their liquid lunches while they get a buzz on and decide how we are going to deal with this. respond suits. i can hold my own. saint judes childrens hospital. paralized veterans association. i will go hungry to send them my money. those kids with cancer and the men and women who took a hit for this country deserve my money and donation.
