She seemed like a beautiful spirit.
Thankfully, this video exists and her memory lives on!

God does exist and He did NOT kill this little girl. He has a purpose and plan for everything and how dare you all bash the name of your Creator. You will all be judged for the things you have said. This is so shameful and how dare you. This little girl is in a better place than all of us right now..and from the looks of it..its a place many of you will never see. The sad thing, it is your choice. He died for you, so why dont you live for Him.
Some of the comments on this blog truly disgust me. It doesn't matter if you are not a Christian or you do not know who she is.. any time a child dies, it is tragic and heartbreaking. It's one more life that will never get to be lived. And for people who are saying that this story does not belong on this blog, you really need a news flash. The world does not revolve around Britney Spears and Hollywood gossip. May this sweet little girl rest in peace. My sympathy goes out to the family. Hopefully all the people who make fun of this or disrespect it will see how serious it really is.

The family looks so happy and loving so, although it will take time to recover from such a great loss, I'm sure they will be able to get through it together.
And, in time, videos such as this will be great treasures to the family.

This isn't the first time that a child has been killed by an SUV driven by a loved one and it certainly won't be the last.
My heart goes out to this family, and I hope that this leads to greater attention to SUV safety involving children
This is the tragic accidental death of a child. No matter what your beliefs, many of the comments show a complete lack of morals or basic human decency and that is reprehensible. It amazes me the lack of respect for human life that is being shown.

My prayers are with their family. Having your own child die is so terrible, I cant even imagine. But my prayers are defiently with the brother too, imagine what hes going through. A little boy I knew died last summer and his dad descibed it best by saying that he was such a pure and giving spirit that he could understand why God wanted him in heaven.

When I watch this video I see pure joy and love between a father and daughter and it breaks my heart to think that that little girl is no longer here. As I sit here shedding tears for this family, I will remember to hug my kids extra hard tonight because you never truly know when it can all be taken away from you. I've never even heard of this man or his family until yesterday but they are burnt on my mind and forever will be in my heart and my prayers.
the comments that have preceded mine simply emphasize the fact that we live in a broken hearted world with broken hearted people. it doesn't much matter what i say, a person alone can't change the hearts of hurting men.

I know what the Chapmans are feeling. I lost my beautiful son in an accident 4 years ago. I held his lifeless body in my arms and felt my entire world rip apart. Whitehot searing pain flowing through every part of my body. There as not been a single day that has gone by - not even a minute that I don't remember him.
I am a Christian but being a Christian does not keep the bad things from happening. Being a athiest doesn't keep the bad things from happening. Heataches, death, pain, sadness, nightmares affect us all. This is life and death and heartache affect everyone - it doesn't care who.
A little orphan girl found a loving home where she wasn't judged, looked at differently because of her skin color or heritage. She was there because they wanted her there - because they wanted to give a child a family to love and honor her.
So all of you stop now. Isn't there enough pain in this world without you addig to it? Does it make you feel good to hurt people - to take pleasure from the death of a child?

I recently attended a 2 year olds funeral and it was the most painful mind numbing experience. All I can say is I have never cried so much or seen so many people grieve ( But the whole room was filled with LOVE and this little boy's spirit was felt).
Gods love cant be explained but for whatever reason– God called Maria home and the family will feel her love and spirit throughout their lives.
I am so sorry for their loss….
