First… legendary "60 Minutes" newsman Ed Bradley regularly performed in his off hours as an amateur jazz singer and musician as a hobby. and he man was an incredible journalist… who also wore an earring.
Second - It was a fundraiser ! Silly… yeah. Silly fun. Not embarrassing.
Finally - you, no offense… feed off of much sillier stuff than Couric singing at a fundraiser.
What you do is great stuff… HOWEVER - You're hardly in a position to judge who's worthy of being a credible NEWS journalist.
