It looks like she ran out of underwear and created her own with paper, tape and a hanky.
First of all, that's not a diaper. Second of all didn't you say she's at some rehab place? If so she might be withdrawing from heroine, it involves serious diarhhea, hence the diaper.
It's probably not a pad since she probably doesn't get her period anymore due to the bulimia and drugs. Could be a diaper because drugs can cause constipation and then incontinence when coming down. Or it could just be frilly ugly panties. You can't really tell from that view. If they were hanging out of the top of her pants you'd have a better guess.

Looks like ruffled panties to me. I work with people who really do have to wear diapers (mentally challenged and elderly patients), and that's not a diaper.

I believe that's a sanitary pad w/ wings. Poor thing - she's so wasted she doesn't seem to know what dimension she's in. Her voice is so amazing. I pray she saves herself before it's too late… loved the photos of her when she was first getting recognition.

I think it's just a pad with a thong or something! Though I am sure you could use a pad as a diaper and I am sure there are liquids passing from her beyond blood as I doubt someone of her size and drug abuse actually still gets a period.
