I'm sorry but Posh is ugly and skeletal, and her sense of fashion is gross. She looked WAY better au natural and a little heavier. Why does she think she's so awesome and deserving of some fashionista status? She's a freakin SPICE GIRL who can't even sing. And she's a poor role model for a girl.

I like the ad because Victoria is stepping out of her comfort zone - she would never 'OK' a photo like this, if it was just any old photo, but she is showing that she can be fashionable and artistic, by posing in a way that is unnatural to her…

As for Marc Jacobs, one could name him as creator, just by looking at his ads. He seems to like stark/harsh lighting, contrast (to the extreme), beauty stark and brazen even harsh. Raw skin, bones, hair and underweight models seem his trademark. His art is definitely consistent and recognizable.
As for Ms. Beckham, I marvel at what lengths of starvation some people will go to for bone structure and skinny waist and hips. If one doesn't have bone structure, diet until you skin is parchment thin, clinging to your bones—then you'll have bone structure.
We will never wipe-out anorexia or bulimia in society by celebrating ads, photography, and "a look" like this.
