Rushed to the emergency room - again!
Reports are that Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized Thursday night and just recently released.
Apparently, while on a flight yesterday from NYC to LA, LaLohan was having trouble breathing.
So much so that she had to ask for a warm compress to help the pain she was getting in her chest, reportedly due to her asthma.
Uh huh. "Asthma!"
Lindsay was supposedly hesitant about going to the hospital, fearing that the paparazzi would be there.
She ended up going to a Los Angeles hospital due to her difficulty breathing, and after spending two hours in the ER was released.
What could have been the reason? Is it really asthma?
Maybe it's the cigarette smoke??? Or worse!

Well, she probably took a bad hit. I sort of feel sorry for her. She's an addict and she needs help. Losing your breath is creepy.

You dumb uneducated ass! I hate when you try to decipher medical issues. Asthma can be very dangerous. In fact a 22 year old guy just died here in our town from it. He was driving himself to the hospital because he couldn't breathe and they found him dead on the side of the road. I'd stick to talking about other kinds of gossip because you obviously know nothing about medical issues.

Cigarette Smoking Gateway to Illegal Drug Use
With the United States currently suffering from more than 400,000 tobacco-related deaths each year, one would think that tobacco alone has enough serious health complications. But a new study from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health additionally shows that cigarette smoking increases a person's risk of using illegal drugs, which will eventually lead to a slew of entirely new consequences. The study was published in the December issue of the Journal of Addictive Diseases.
To investigate the associations between cigarette smoking and illegal drug use, the researchers analyzed data from the 1994 National Household Survey on Drug Abuse which provided information about the use of illicit drugs, alcohol, and tobacco among members of the non-institutionalized United States civilian population aged 12 or older. The survey data were originally collected through personal visits to the residences of 17,809 respondents.
MORE: Results showed that those who had smoked cigarettes were more likely to use illegal drugs. For all age groups combined, the 65.8 percent of participants who had ever smoked were: seven times more likely to have tried marijuana; seven times more likely to have tried cocaine; 14 times more likely to have tried crack; and 16 times more likely to have tried heroin. The results were even more startling when the statistical evidence was sub-divided by age groups. Associations between smoking and illegal drug use were significantly stronger for young people. For instance, people ages 12 to 15 who smoked cigarettes were 44 times more likely to use crack, compared with only a twofold risk in those 50 or older.
She had a hard time breathing because like a dumb f8ck she smokes like a chimney. I guess she's planning her death in advance.

I hate to break it to you, but if she was having chest pains due to drugs, or any symptoms of a drug overdose she would NOT have been released in 2 hours. Guaranteed. And also…I'm not sure if anyone answered the altoids question…but the reason you would do that - and ONLY as a last ditch "Oh shit I forgot my inhaler" type thing would be because menthol, one of the active ingredients in a breath mint, is a broncho dilator. Meaning, the cool sort of "gaspy" taste that clears your nose acts on the body by enlarging certain parts of the lungs…making it easier to breath. Eucalyptus, another ingredient often found in breath mints, does the same thing.

it def sounds smoking related. if you have asthma and are a heavy smoker you easily can have complications like chronic bronchitis. i had this happen and its extremely painful sharp pains in your chest every time you take a breath.
ASTHMA is no fucking joke considering my 14 year old sister, farrah, died of an attack on march 7, 2004. this bitch is always using it as an excuse even though she is constantly seen with a cigarette in her mouth. she probably needed her fake tits adjusted or some shit. this is just like her FAKE ASS appendectomy right? no scars after surgery and running down the street in a bikini a couple days later? this chick is full of shit.
