The REASON Obama is doing ads in Spanish is because he is campaigning not only to Latinos in Mainland US but also right now to PUERTO RICO, where everybody speaks spanish and ARE US citizens. They can vote in primary but NOT in the Presidential elections as they are a territory and not a state. Same goes for Guam and US Samoan Islands. Pick up a newspaper. Get involved. If you don't like Obama fine. But at least be informed. Get out and vote!!!
