perez's WHITE skin probably burns and blisters after just a few hours in the sun,but he learned to speak spanish. yay your fat ass learned a language. PEREZ YOU ARE EUROPEAN. but you want in, so you take shots at jessica alba. You know you are misusing that quote, and if you don't then you do not understand the complexities of the CHICANO experience.
I am sorry to say this being hispanic myself but this video is soooo stupid! Its a stupid chant and jessica alba makes no sense in this video whatsoever. She wants a cleaner earth for her child, sorry to say this jessica but to clean this earth you need to start with your own mouth. Be proud of who you are and don't be ashamed of who you are. Her bit is a clip from an earlier commercial with several stars speaking english. They just edited it in and put music in. Since she wasn't there when everyone else filmed (Being that they all have busy scheduales and the set is in a white room that could be duplicated they may not have been filmed at the same time or even the same country) she probably just gave the campaign permission to use her image back when, and they decided to use it again in this commercial.
Alejandro Sanz and Paulina Rubio? Why are citizens of foreign countries (Spain and Mexico in this case) promoting US political candidates? Strange. And maybe Jessica Alba doesn't speak Spanish? There are millions of Mexican-Americans who aren't bilingual.

I'm a second generation born Latina and I am fluent in Spanish as well as other languages and I'm not ashamed of it at all; if anything, I'm PROUD of being a Latina. It all depends on the parents and if they are determined enough to teach their kids spanish so they won't be an embarrassment to the rest of us who actually embrace our culture. Being a second generation or third generation will not make you look white, you'll still look hispanic, so I think its stupid of her to try to hide it when its clearly obvious that she's not white.
