absolutely brazilliant!!!
LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THOUGHT THE BOOM MICS BEING IN THE ONE SCENE WAS A LIL CRAPPY BUT OTHERWISE MOVED LIVED UP TO THE HYPE
DEFINETLY WORTH THE WAIT!

That SJP and Cyn Nixon would allow that scene where nixon shouts "white man" and chases him to get the apartment. I thought it was VERY unncessary bordering on offensive. The film was ok.

Ok, so good! Loved every bit of it and am ready to go and watch it again. My girlfriends made fun of me because I cried like the whole time! There were 4 guys in the theatre, 2 obviously gay and 2 others who must of been dragged there by there gals
After watching, I felt like someone had force fed me a pint of strawberry icecream out of Manalo shoe and then shoved the spikey heel through my brain. Both sickly and painful!

i thought it was great! it was sort of negative about half way through, but in the end it turned around. everyone in the theater was laughing and clapping and it was fun!
It was great! Except that you could see the microphones hanging from above through most of the movie. That was awful!!
thought it was great — entertaining, met all of my expectations, reminded me how much i miss the show. hopefully we will hear from the studios that the next installment begins filming soon. i'm looking for a statement to be released on monday.

I loved the movie…………….But, could anyone else see the microphones over the actors heads??? The version that was at the movie theater I went to must of had a bad version or something cause it was very noticeable al throughout the movie!! Other then that I loved the movie!!

It was pretty good, but I gotta say…It left both me and my sis awfully down and depressed! For the rest of the day! There was a lot of sadness in it, which wasn't what I was hoping for, but in that respect I guess it made it more realistic. All in all it ROCKS…Love those bitches. They're FABULOUS.
How could anyone say they loved tis movie? Perez mentioned earlier that the mic was going to be seen in SOME scenes. It was all over the place and completely distracted me from what was going on. The only good part of the movie was the outfits!

If you see the movie, you will understand my point of view- why bring a new character (played by J. Hudson? She takes up way too much screen time and away from the story lines of the 4 ladies and takes up a good 1/2 hour out of the film when we don't have enough time of seeing the girls, their guys and the City of NYC!!!!
American in Paris 2, should have ended it all, while letting the story continue in every women's dreams. Now that would have been the best romance we all could have had and fallen in love with!!!

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it. Ok, so finally after 4 years of waiting it's here and I loveed every minute of it. It was a exciting, funny, sad (heart wrenchingly sad in some parts), and overall amazing. I saw the midnight showing here in Orlando, came home, went to sleep, and got up and saw it again during the matinee (just in case I missed something).
They only thing that was wrong (purely technical) is we constantly saw the boom mics. My son is a film student and he kept saying it wasn't framed right. So fire the Boom mic operator.
Oh, just a warning if you are going during the day, beware of women who bring their screaming kids. This women was run out of the theatre after 45 minutes of her kid yelling. Just a warning "MOMS" (and I am one myself), but this is not a movie for kids, so get a baby sitter or the Sex and the City fans will berate you and form a lynch mob. That's all I'm gonna say.

Was disappointed that there was not much f a plot line with Charlotte. Movie really focused too much on Carrie…for two and a half hours all the women should have had a good plot line with tension and a climax, etc. It was cute overall though.

It was amazing! Those critics don't know what the hell they were talking about. It was very classic sex and the city. It makes me what to watch all the seasons over and over!
I was soooo disappointed with the movie - and you need to understand where I was coming from…I can probably recite word for word numerous episodes in their entirety - I have watched and rewatched all of the seasons multiple times, so to say I was psyched about seeing the film is an understatement….but what was with the michrophones throughout the majority of the movie???
I have seen junior high film productions that were more professional than this movie! I was appalled and totally distracted by the boom mikes bobbing along the top of each scene.
The movie itself struggled to capture both the humor and humility of the TV series, everyone tried just a little too hard - the script writers, the directors and, dare I say it, even the actors, although I thought Kim Catrall was as good as ever, and Kristen Davis put in a suprisingly good comedic performance.
Please, please get the camera work fixed before this is released on DVD, because I might be more inclined to enjoy the essence of the movie without the “bobbing” mikes! I am after all SATC’s #1 fan!

Empty, vapid, vacuous. Horrible writing, implausible plot development, sloppily put together. I expected better.
Boom Mics were SO distracting! Shouldn't they have seen that earlier and edited them out? It was right in front of Bigs face during an important scene! Also, you could see the lighting equipment during that scene as well. Other than that, loved it!
