I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song, but the video… so not impressive. My imagination had a better video for this before the video came out. Maybe there is still hope. She can make a much better video with the remix which is better than this version because it doesn't have the "get stupid" part. I get what they were trying to do but they tried to hard! Especially when they had a chance to "get stupid" on the vid and didn't! Pharrell pretty much had the same move over and over, we know he could do better than that.
The Song IS AWESOME.. but the video is crap!!.i mean.. it would be a good one for Fergie but she's MADONNA… and this video is not ICONIC.. in a few years no one will remember it…
Technically, it has no visual keys or remembrance. You see the first 30 secs and you have seen the whole video. There's nothing to keep you watching it, there's no surprise. And let me tell you I'm a madonna fan.. I'm pretty dissapointed

Perez! It's a great video; the editing and concept is very artistic and a departure for her. I agree with your assertion that it is heavily influenced by those other three videos of hers. Did you notice the influence of Kylie's "All I See" here? I think it's hard to compare it to "4 Minutes" as the concepts were so drastically different. I enjoyed it's concept, but it was anti-climatic. I did find "Give It 2 Me" overall more satisfying. Thanks for posting it!

What a disappointment. I miss the old Madonna. She looks great with her facelift & fat deposits, but she cannot dress at all or dance either. She really blew it on her 4 minutes with JT because she couldn't keep up with him on the dance floor so she cut out the dancing. You can tell JT just wanted to cut it up, it's such a great song. Madonna thinks by sheltering her kids from tv and the media that she can dress, sing, & dance like a whore & they'll never see it but she's wrong. She will have to pay the price of trying to hold on to her youth, thats long gone, with her kids. They will think of her like everyone else. Seems like a retread of Madonna past, but at least she looks like she's enjoying herself, which is more than can be said for most of the Hard Candy pics I've seen. I adore Madge and this song is probably my favorite on the album (except that annoying middle break. What is that?) but the video is a big "huh?" What's it's point?
