I feel bad for the talented musicians and singers in her band who are basically saving her ass every time she performs now. What a sham to have to back up someone who can barely stand up. Shame on the people trying to milk her condition and just profit by putting her on stage when she clearly needs to be in a hospital. I predict she will be dead within the year if she doesn't get help. So sad.

I know people are excited and cheer her on as a form of encouragement, but maybe what they need to do is boo her a$$ and keep booing her a$$ until she gets the message that if she doesn't shape up her fans will be lost. Drugs and bad habits and bad men and DEPRESSION are the worst combination. I hope people watch her carefully. Suicide isn't usually far away from such desperation.

I don't know any of her songs except "Rehab." I could care less about how talented she is as an artist in the industry. As a fellow human being, I feel sad because it's clear that she's very ill and completely out of control. Everyone is exploiting her to cash in on her fame and fortune. I hope someone in her life can help her get clean before it's too late.

What I can't understand is why anybody would even invest in having her perform when she is unreliable, and even when she turns up, is excruciatingly bad. Surely those who care about her, ie her family should protect her from making such a fool of herself. When she sang, it was the back-up guy you could hear, with her mumbling in the background, grabbing at the hem of her dress. Her speech was incoherent rambling. If I'd paid to see this rubbish, I wouldn't have been too happy. Sure she once had talent, and I even have her album "Back to Black", but she is in public self-destruct mode. Until she admits to having a problem and seeks help, she will continue to slide down the slippery slope. One can only hope she does this before it's too late…

Yeah, that is sad. However all you people who keep saying, why doesn't her family do something… they all know she has a huge problem, but what can they do? I don't understand English law but I believe its similar to our laws in the US about this sort of thing.
You just can't commit someone, its not that easy, which is why all over America we have homeless people that are drug and alcohol addicted and frankly just crazy. Its sad but its how it is now… Even when you are legally able to commit someone (and usually to do that they have to pose a "serious" danger to OTHERS, they are all obviously a danger to themselves but that is NOT enough to commit anyone any more) after a couple of days they get to check themselves out (again, unless they are going to kill someone other then themselves).
Amy is in big trouble and unless she wants help its not going to happen and at this point, its clear she does not what help. And the fact that she can look in the mirror or watch these videos of herself and not be horrified shows how out of touch she is.

I was there and i was really looking forward to seeing her live…It was just out of this world, she was a mess and it was the worst show in Rock in Rio. She tried to leave but the security guys didn't let her…everyone was just so bored. It was really sad and a complete waste of money for that show.

But for security reasons (I’m sure you heard about criminality in Brazil and Rio in particular) they created spin offs for the Festival.
This one is Rock in Rio Lisboa (Rock in Rio is after all a brand) and they will produce Rock in Rio Madrid as well this year.
