As we told you about a few weeks ago…

Meryl Streep is playing Julia Child in an upcoming biopic on the famed chef.

Well, it seems that she's going to great ~~lengths~~ heights to get her part just right.

The multiple Oscar-winner was spotted on the NYC set this weekend with some HUGE platform shoes.

Julia was one tall woman! Child clocked in at 6'2".
