A judge has just denied a motion filed by pussyboy Nick Hogan's attorney to have him placed under house arrest until he is 18-years-old, according to a new report.
The motion says Nick's unhappy with the conditions at the Pinellas County Jail.
How many times do we have to say this???? JAIL IS NOT A VACATION!!!!
Since he's not old enough to be part of the general population, the Hogan's shameful son is being held in solitary confinement.
We're glad that the judge didn't let the little bitch get his way!
The whiney ass just needs to get over it and serve the time.

You know the moment he's in general population, he's going to get his bitch ass beat! Then, they'll have to move him back to solitary anyway. He just needs to get some thick books and stop being such a dumb ass.
Seriously I went to High School with a guy who was street racing got into an accident and killed a lady. He did something sick like 2 weeks in jail he was 19 at the time. Nick didnt do it on purpose, he didn't try and buy is way out of jail, he manned up and let the judge sentence him. The victiums family was asking for 6 months to 1 year in jail. Nick isnt getting special treatment he's actually getting a stiffer penelty because of his celebrity status. You need to remember that Nick is only 17.

Everyday Nick gets to leave his cell for a couple hours with his attorney and has food brought to him and he paints the picture that he is being treated worse than any other person in the prison population. Not to say what Nick Hogan Did wasn't wrong but passengers in vehicles are just as responsible for getting into a car with someone who has been drinking and who has been known to drive reckless. I have friends who I won't step foot into a car with because I know they aren't safe drivers. In fact if their car would have hit and killed somebody else instead of John then they both would be in jail right now.
My thought is John knew what he was getting into good person or bad person and who knows he may have been telling Nick to go faster. Nobody is going to know because he is in a coma but people need to take into consideration that you are responsible for your own actions so getting into a car with someone who is driving drunk isn't responsible to begin with, war veteran or not that doesn't give him a free pass.

Ever wonder why he agreed to go to jail? Think. He's going in for reckless driving, etc. 8 months he's DONE. The young man he has injured is still alive, everyone moves on. What would have happened if the young man had died…or even died while they wrangled over issues in court, rather than Nick plead and go to jail? Well, the charges change. Then it's manslaughter. Very different amount of time in jail. He's literally RUNNING to jail now, to get in on lesser charges before this very sick young man dies. Now, Nick has already beeen convicted and served time. If Graziano dies as a result of his injuries now, there is no additional punishment.

You should also be promoting taking responsibility for your actions. Nick wasn't the only one that was to blame.
HE was DRUNK. He is AN ADULT. He KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. And decided to do it anyhow. On top of that, he was cocky enough to not wear a seatbelt throughout this whole ordeal.
Yet it's all Nick's fault? No fucking way. Nicky is being faulted for driving under the influence and racing. Not homicide. Do you know why that is?

He didn't put his friend in a coma. An accident he was part of did.
See him and his adult friend got drunk, and both decided to race another car. Said person in the coma decided that he was too cool to wear a seatbelt and therefor received a lot of damage to himself.
While Nick is at fault too, so is the victim. Nick never made said person get into the car. Nick never made said person to drink. Nick never stopped said person from wearing his seat belt.
It's not like the victim didn't know what was going on.
This is like someone putting a rocket together while drunk and saying he wanted to go to the moon and then his friend said "Yeah I wanna go too" then didn't put his seatbelt on and ended up really hurt. And someone calling the other person a murderer or a horrible person.

If the passengers are minors yes. If not, no. If you get pulled over and everyone in your car has no seat belt, EVERYONE in the car is ticketed for not wearing a seat belt. They changed that rule because they realized how unrealistic it was for anyone to MAKE anyone wear a seatbelt. So in this case, it was not Nick's fault for his passenger not wearing a seatbelt.
