This is awful!! I hope the rest of the cyclists are OK.
The driver needs to go to jail for a LONG time. When you get in a car after a night of drinking and coke you KNOW you are impaired. You KNOW driving impaired can lead to an accident and someone could get hurt or killed! That is murder!
