He's Suing The Prison!!! WTF????

On Tuesday, a judge denied Nick Hogan's request to serve his jail sentence under house arrest ’til he's 18 years old.
Well, seems like the whiney baby is going to file lawsuits until he gets his way (which we hope is never).
According to a recent report, in a NEW civil lawsuit against Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats, Hogan's attorneys claim the 17-year-old is being "forced to endure solitary confinement."
Sheriff's officials say they are housing Nick properly, as a minor serving time in an adult facility.
Like other inmates, this is little bitch Hogan's schedule:
- 6 hours a day in the Inmate Property Devision, Monday-Friday
- 3 hours a week in video visitation
- Unlimited attorney visits
- 1 hour of recreation per day
Not exactly complete solitude, right?
The lawsuit goes on to say whine-o is suffering "extreme emotional distress" because of the release of his jailhouse phone calls, as well as the surveillance video showing his parents visiting him in jail.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says the calls and video are classified as public record and media outlets have the right to them.
But, Baby Hogan's attorneys want the law to be interpreted differently for their client.
They say the release of the public records is causing baby bitch "irreprerable harm by, among other things, impending ability to defend himself in the civil lawsuit" filed against him by the family of his supposed 'best friend' who's brain dead because of baby bitch, John Graziano.
Hogan's also asking a judge to rule his phone calls and surveillance video in the visitation area are not considered public records.
We hope the Florida courts tell him just to shut the eff up and get on with his sentence!
I think he should sue over the volation of his privacy. Those phone calls should NEVER have been released by the prison and they should have to pay. Just cause he is in jail does not mean his privacy can be violated in such a heinous manner. I would be more than pissed if that happened to me. I didn't see Paris's phone calls been played out on Perez and TMZ. Let's also face it he is a fricking teenager peope. What he supposed to an up cause he's in jail damn he isn't even in juvy he is in County with some hardened criminals he probably is pissing his pants even thinking about turning 18 and being reeased into the the "adult" population!

You can go 75 on a 65 mph highway (which I admit I have done) and cause serious harm to a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. 75 mph on 65 will not even get you a speeding ticket, but you can still cause harm.

When you commit a crime, your rights and privacy go out the window! All phone calls are recorded and monitored as part of prison safety, there are signs up all over the prison and you can hear a recording popping up during these conversations that these calls are being recorded and monitored. And thanks to THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, a media source can ask for the phone conversations and play them… they are public record.
If this little fuck was old enough to be famous and was old enough to DRINK AND DRIVE, then he's old enough to deal with the consequences of his actions!

If you want to have your privacy then you need to conduct yourself in a way that doesn't land you in jail. A recording on the phone says that the conversations are being taped. So it's not like the jail was being underhanded. Now that I think about it the fact that they knew the conversations were being recorded and still made those comments really disgusts me. Clearly Nick and family haven't heard of karma before.

I agree 100% Baby Bitch (great Nicky name) was all adult GLIDE RACING thru our public streets, several times stopped for driving over 100 miles, and now he is crying like a BIG BITCH because he wasn't as slick as he thought he was when he made a plea and got 8 months instead of the 5 years he should have gotten. The baby bitch needs to realize he doesn't run shit. He's a NOBODY he doesn't get to get special treatment. HE DOES NOT get to put the BLAME on John G and his family. I'm not defending him. What he did was wrong. But maybe, they have a point about the phone calls and visitation tapes. Legally it may be public domain, but maybe its time to change that. It would be different if there were other tapes out there but the only one that anyone was interested in was his. I haven't seen tapes of other inmates at this facility. I can understand why they are upset by that being shown in the media. Especially since it is obviously only because of their "celebrity status" that those tapes were even requested and that does make them seem singled out.

Janice, please. You conveniently forget that in the 8 months prior to this horrific accident, Nick for speeding tickets on FOUR different occasions, 2 were over 100mph. He repeated put others' lives in danger and it finally caught up with him.
pinellas county has had enough of the hogans since way before this shit happened…they're not gonna give in to him everyone in this area hates that family, the fact that he practically killed his friend and he is a hogan just makes it worse….I'm sure his friend would rather be in jail for 8 months than be brain dead, he needs to stop crying and serve his time…he should actually do more than 8 months! compared to the other jails in this state pinellas is NOT THAT BAD
