He's Suing The Prison!!! WTF????

On Tuesday, a judge denied Nick Hogan's request to serve his jail sentence under house arrest ’til he's 18 years old.
Well, seems like the whiney baby is going to file lawsuits until he gets his way (which we hope is never).
According to a recent report, in a NEW civil lawsuit against Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats, Hogan's attorneys claim the 17-year-old is being "forced to endure solitary confinement."
Sheriff's officials say they are housing Nick properly, as a minor serving time in an adult facility.
Like other inmates, this is little bitch Hogan's schedule:
- 6 hours a day in the Inmate Property Devision, Monday-Friday
- 3 hours a week in video visitation
- Unlimited attorney visits
- 1 hour of recreation per day
Not exactly complete solitude, right?
The lawsuit goes on to say whine-o is suffering "extreme emotional distress" because of the release of his jailhouse phone calls, as well as the surveillance video showing his parents visiting him in jail.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says the calls and video are classified as public record and media outlets have the right to them.
But, Baby Hogan's attorneys want the law to be interpreted differently for their client.
They say the release of the public records is causing baby bitch "irreprerable harm by, among other things, impending ability to defend himself in the civil lawsuit" filed against him by the family of his supposed 'best friend' who's brain dead because of baby bitch, John Graziano.
Hogan's also asking a judge to rule his phone calls and surveillance video in the visitation area are not considered public records.
We hope the Florida courts tell him just to shut the eff up and get on with his sentence!

What in the hell is Nick's problem? He had no problem broadcasting his life on national television before the accident… He's planning on doing a reality show after prison, what's the difference if he's doing a REAL reality show while he's in prison? Is it because he's not making the "most" money from it or is it because it's making him look bad?

Janice, please. You conveniently forget that in the 8 months prior to this horrific accident, Nick got speeding tickets on FOUR different occasions, 2 were over 100mph. He repeatedly put others' lives in danger and it finally caught up with him.
Perhaps his VICTIM could explain what "irreparable harm" really means?
I actually feel bad for the kid….his whole reality tv show showed his love for drag racing and how much time and dedication he put into it. The poor passenger obviously knew getting into that race car that there was going to be drag racing. It was poor judgement they should have been on a track with safety gears but hes young and he seems sweet, hes having a hard time-leave him alone.
The juvenile deliquent act states that a juvenile while in a adult facility has to be seperated from other adults. It is the law as long as he is under 18 he can not be with the general population the facility he is in is just following the law.

I've seen it before… In Michigan this past winter, a man (Stephen Grant) was on the news for about a month begging for information about his missing wife. Later we learned that he murdered her, dismembered her body, and hid her remains in a park. Phone calls between he and his sister were aired on the news… They were talking about his wife's funeral and making fun of his wife's family. A few months later, he was on the news again because he was hitting on other inmates (male and female). His love letters and phone conversations were released to the news.

I too drove on several occassions when looking back I know I shouldn't have. I thank God it wasn't in his plan for me to make a mistake like it was for Nick however I would like to think because I am aware of my own past mistakes I could have empathy for someone like Nick who wasn't as lucky.

My SIL did time in prison and she also was one of the complainers and the prison guards get sick and tired of hearing about it and they eventually transfered her in the middle of the night with out any notice to another prison 2 states away. The guards will make things tougher for you if you give them too much shit.
I think its outrageous the behavior of this family. Money can't buy everything. You act like an irresponsible idiot with no rules and indulgant parents, and you then pay for your sins. I think his parents are just as guilty as he is. If I ever had a kid who got that many traffic infractions (before the accident) he would not have been allowed in a car again as long as he was living in my house. Indulgant parents are the absolute ruination of a kid. He needs to stay put and take it like a man.

Accidents happen. Especially when you are driving like an IDIOT. Unfortunately, this accident resulted in the brain death of another person. Nick may very well be a nice person, but that does not mean he shouldn't be punished. He is not being beat up or taunted in jail. He is just bored! And to a spoiled brat, that may induce "extreme emotional distress". He had the opportunity to serve his time quietly and come out looking decent. I haven't heard any of the phone calls that were released. (Which, btw, I read that while they were talking, you could here a recording telling them that the convo was being taped.) I am just disappointed in the request for house arrest and the civil lawsuit.

My brother was in a car accident and his best friend was killed and his family still to this day loves my brother and does not blame him. They even wrote the judge a letter asking him to go easy on my brother. That is the true forgiveness! Johns family just wants money. Nick did not want this to happen it was just a terrible accident.

Nick should be in emotional distress every day since that accident knowing what he did to his friend. If I did that to my good friend I sure would be in emotional distress! 5. There are signs up telling you your calls are recorded.
6. You are probably going to violate probation within about 2 days of your release and be sent to the pen anyway.

Have you seen the pictures of John Graziano? I saw them today. His head is completely bashed in. Like a huge baseball hit him in the middle of his skull and it's all sunken in. It's really fucked up. this crap about john's seatbelt is ridiculous!! let's look @ the facts: medical personell noted that john had bruising across his chest and stomach that resembled seat belt restraint. also, john WASN'T ejected from the car!! with the speed nick was going and the impact of the crash, and esp. crashing into a still object like a tree…wouldn't john have been ejected from the vehicle if he wasn't buckled up? wouldn't he have gone thru the windshield? wouldn't he have been even halfway out the car?? wouldn't he have hit the tree??? Does he just not understand that he pretty much took his "best friends" life from him? In my opinion he should be charged with murder because that is pretty much what he did to his friend. The only reason he is upset that those phone calls were released is because now everyone knows what a jerk this kid really is and he won't be able to make money off of this by telling everyone he has changed and writing a book or making a reality show out of it. He says it's karma because John was a negative person, but being brain dead for the rest of your life is pretty harsh for just not having a positive attitude. He is irresponsible and that is what got him into this mess. The safety of the passengers is the sole responsibility of the driver, which was him. He was drinking underage, drag racing, and drinking and driving and he hurt someone. That deserves a lot more than eight months. He should consider himself lucky that the judge did not give him five years, which he should have. I wish people like him would just dissappear. They only make our world a terrible place and there is no need for that.

If you are driving the a car.. you are responsible for the passengers. If someone is not wearing their seatbelt.. pull over, turn off the vehicle and tell them to walk their stupid ass home! Nick man'd up just long enough to avoid a trial (where he would have been thrown to the wolves and received the full 5 year sentence) and was sentenced to only 8 months (meaning probably 4 months) in solitary confinement, which is a cake walk compared to the alternative!!
But once he realized that the prison guards couldn't give a flying fuck who his sperm donor was and that they had no interest in FN his tranny sister and that there is no television or radio and all that he is left with is books and thinking about what he did to get himself there.. aw boo hoo let me out!!!
