He's Suing The Prison!!! WTF????

On Tuesday, a judge denied Nick Hogan's request to serve his jail sentence under house arrest ’til he's 18 years old.
Well, seems like the whiney baby is going to file lawsuits until he gets his way (which we hope is never).
According to a recent report, in a NEW civil lawsuit against Pinellas County Sheriff Jim Coats, Hogan's attorneys claim the 17-year-old is being "forced to endure solitary confinement."
Sheriff's officials say they are housing Nick properly, as a minor serving time in an adult facility.
Like other inmates, this is little bitch Hogan's schedule:
- 6 hours a day in the Inmate Property Devision, Monday-Friday
- 3 hours a week in video visitation
- Unlimited attorney visits
- 1 hour of recreation per day
Not exactly complete solitude, right?
The lawsuit goes on to say whine-o is suffering "extreme emotional distress" because of the release of his jailhouse phone calls, as well as the surveillance video showing his parents visiting him in jail.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says the calls and video are classified as public record and media outlets have the right to them.
But, Baby Hogan's attorneys want the law to be interpreted differently for their client.
They say the release of the public records is causing baby bitch "irreprerable harm by, among other things, impending ability to defend himself in the civil lawsuit" filed against him by the family of his supposed 'best friend' who's brain dead because of baby bitch, John Graziano.
Hogan's also asking a judge to rule his phone calls and surveillance video in the visitation area are not considered public records.
We hope the Florida courts tell him just to shut the eff up and get on with his sentence!
I think the civil case judge should make Nick personally write a check for 1 dollar every day to John.
They should force this kid to think about his friend lying there missing a portion of his brain, missing his memories, having no sense of self, on breathing tubes, no future, no life, no past.. every single day of his priviledged vapid stupid life.
Listening to the tapes it is very apparent that Nick has no remorse or guilt for John's condition and wants to instead use it to make money for himself.
He will not be getting a single dollar from me.. and I am starting a campaign to get Hogan thrown off of VH1 and American Gladiators.. he obviously needs some extra time to spend with his family.. they are all fucked up!
Your converstations while in prision are not confidential for serveral reasons.. the Information Act for one.. but also so that police can montior conversations like members of gangs or the mob..
Anyone can access these and any of them can be released at any time..
You lose your rights when in jail.. you are being punished.
And I think it is hilarious that they people have been exposed for what they claimed they were not… shallow, white trash, nuevo riche idiots.
And my heart bleeded (NOT) for Linda.. not having her son on the beach with her.. I am sure John's mom feels that way too yet you do not see her fN a 19 year old. Pathetic.

the information act is to protect the US from terrorist in prison and so the US can listen in on their calls…nick hogan is really a threat to the US(hahaha) hes just a kid who made a mistake that is getting all this hell because of who he is. no one has access to his records until the prison releases them, which they release them for the money and not because they feel hogan is a threat…look into it…they sold the tapes for money
He's not in his cell all day; he has to work maintenance several hours day, sweeping and cleaning at the jail. That's probably what the little turd REALLY doesn't like — he actually has to WORK. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are ruthelessly attacking him because he has no remorse for what he did. He is whining about getting eight months in jail for nearly killing his friend when he should really be getting five years in prison for what he did. Then to top it all off, he is planning to make money off of this situation by making a reality show. He is blaming Karma for what happened to John when really it is his fault. The safety of the passengers is the sole responsibility of the driver. Nick was driving so he is at fault regardless of whether John was wearing his seatbelt or not. Everyone keeps saying that John could have easily said no but he didn't so he is to blame, and that is ridiculous. The driver is to blame.
It doesn't matter if John was on the roof of Nick's car highway surfing.. Nick is just as much at fault for John's injuries.
He needs to man up, serve his time and thank GOG he isn't missing a baseball size portion of his brain (the part that controls personaity and memory) and on a ventilator. Though looking at the two men.. one who actually volunteered for his counrty and then other who wouldn't colunteer for anything that didn't involve a swag bag.. the wrong person enede up in jail vs in a coma.
And get over the tapes being released. Did you really think that little recording you heard saying these calls may be recorded and the signs on the wall in front of you explaining that the calls were monitored, recorded and could be made public applied to everyone else BUT you!?

The fla police who stopped him 2 times going over 100mphm should have locked him up after the second time. Did the get repromanded or fired ? They should bear some responsibility.
