I think there are pics floating around where she had bigger implants and then had them taken out and either she has smaller ones now or she completely took them out and thats why they look a little wonkey. As far as her lips go, she needs to take it easy (as the producers of her latest movie told her) on the injections as her natural lips are not that big and the filler is eventually going to show through. I also think she has botox in her brows as they are much more arched now. In fact, it is easy to look at these old pics and see that subtle changes can make a world of difference (compare with her latest appearance at MTV awards/candids). Regardless, shes a hottie!
