He Got His Wish

nick-hogan-arrest__opt.jpg

Douchebag Nick Hogan has been transferred out of solitary confinement, where he was being held….for his own safety!

The little bitchboy has been moved into a new cell he is sharing with three other juveniles, also in jail.

The decision was routine, sheriff's officials said, and apparently unrelated to Bollea's request to be transferred, which a judge rejected earlier this week.

It was "the result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification; and the opportunity to house those juveniles who have been sentenced as adults to county time,” according to a sheriff's office statement.

We hope Nick Enjoys his new jail cell.

He's supposed to be there for at least another seven months, and that dirtbag better not be released early!!!!!!!

Perez, can't you leave this story alone??

You seem to think Nick got off lightly. I have a feeling the judge knows more about sentencing than you do. He would have dropped the hammer on Nick if he had thought he deserved it. The judge knew this was motor vehicle homicide only and that Graziano was a passenger in Nick's car of his own volition. He could not worsen the sentence on DUI grounds cuz the blood alcohol level that was officially registered was far below the legal limit. So he HAD to sentence on the reckless driving charge. No one wants to be in jail, and Nick is just 17. I'm sure he knows he is responsible for the accident that caused Graziano's brain injury. I doubt that he ever thought something like this would happen. Leave it alone, once and for all. The judge didn't let Nick walk out the front door of the court house. I can only imagine how YOU would squeal like a pig if YOU had to serve any kind of a sentence.

Unbelievable! I really used to like the Hogan family. I grew up saying my prayers and taking my vitamins! Very sad to see their true colors. If I were in the situation I would do ANYTHING to make it right! Unbelievable are the rcorded phone conversations saying bad things about the hurt friend…That he somehow deserved this? WTF!!!! If anyone has bad karma coming it would be this family! Very sad and what a waste of people. Trashy and classless! I hope the family files a civil suit on the Hogans!

I'm an atheist but the phrase "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone" comes to mind. He was a young man that made a MISTAKE….. we all make mistakes!! The situation is a tragedy all the way around…. it is a good advertisement to AVOID drinking and driving. When I was in high school it was pounded into our heads not to drink and drive and there were endless warnings by the MADD groups. The tragedy that happened in Florida there could have been flipped around and the Hogan's son could have been killed or some innocent stranger. I think 8 months is sufficient or even 4 months…. I mean being publicly humiliated and having commentators on TV and webmasters trash your reputation night after night is punishment enough. I see nothing wrong with any reality show about the family… they are a family that is trying to get through a tragedy and survive… who cares if they want to make a buck? Bills need to be paid….. mouths need to be fed… and everyone else does it anyway. Is the Hogan family supposed to hide out from the world forever? The proper thing for them to do is to educate people about the dangers of drinking and driving.

    Re: Ms P
Yes but Nick the little bastard has not remorse. He is more concerned with making money when he gets out than if his "friend" will ever get to piss standing up. Nick has learned nothing from his mistake and that is sign of someone with no compassion and no concept of reality. Therefore a "Reality" show should be out of the question. Hollywood kids live so far out of the realm of reality that they become a menace to society. Hulk and Barbie Holgan should be in jail with him for allowing him to drive knowing he was an immature, reckless prick. They even thought is was amusing. I wonder how sympathetic they would be if Nick was lying in that hospital bed. That whore mother of his should be ashamed of herself think she is suffering more that the real victims mother. What a heartless cold bitch!

    Re: Ms P
what is so scary is that even a child has remorse when he knows he/she has hurt someone. This little prick is more concerned with how to make money when he gets out than how his "friend" is doing. That is disturbing in the least!

    Re: Ms P
That's great, until you figure out who you are it's ok to get behind the wheel and disreguard all traffic laws cause your daddy is a celib. This freaking generation noaccountability needs a reality check. Even in the seventies when we smoked dope 24/7 we knew better. Enough with the lame ass excuses. Cowboy up you Hollywood assholes and join the real world. Why do you Hollowwood jerks get to live in Oz. What do you think would happen if Nick was the prick liying in that bed and USMC was the driver?

I was watching something about this on the TV the other day. And the passenger's family were TOTALLY IN DENIAL of their son's involvement or fault in the issue. I realize that they are HURTING and are just doing this as a self defense mechanism, but that can also destroy other people lives.

BOTH MALES IN THE CAR WERE RESPONSIBLE

Both knew how drunk each other was.
Both knew they were planning to race.
And the passenger decided for some reason on top of all this, NOT to wear his seatbelt.

Most people would have said this was Darwin at action.

BTW Nick is in jail because of the DUI and wreckless driving. Not because of what happened to the passenger.

Nick never MADE him get in the car. Nick didn't keep it a secret he'd be going very fast, and Nick didn't tell the guy to not wear his seatbelt.

So the family of the boy that is hurt, really needs to give some time to heal before they throw out accusations or act as if their son was not in fault as well.

Don't blame the world for what you did, If you can't do the time you shouldn't of done the crime. You were drinking under age and driving which is a nono in any book. Hogans fess up to the crime done and do something about it.

Hey wont serve the full 8 months… he'll do half of that or maybe less. No one ever serves the actual time, unless your in Federal Prison. Thats a true fact. I wish him the best of luck, hope he turns his life around.
