Ryan Phillippe accompanied girlfriend Abbie Cornish as she received an award from the Australians In Film 2008 'Breakthrough Awards' in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

Phillippe met the Australian actress on the set of a film and it is reported that the two started having an affair while he was still married to the Legally Blonde actress.

Abbie's notr a whore. I think at 22, she believed Ryan a lot more then she should. Here's a hot guy who is really interested in her, tells her his marriage is fake, he doesn't even live with his so-called wife anymore, and his life is terrible. She gets all sad and sorry for him, she, at the young age of 22, is SO there for him! Ryan was always out with his posse chasing young girls at clubs. He did pot and sometimes pills, and everybody knows it.
He's a good father, but a rotten husband. He ruined Reese's reputation, telling people how mean she was, bcz he was always out. I never saw pictures of them just going out together like normal couples. I saw pictures of them with their kids that were set up. I saw them at red carpet events. They weren't a couple for years.
Pictures of Reese from back then, she was stressed and tense and sad. Now, she is all happy with Jake!
how long before Ryan erases the happy smile from Abbie's face! Abbie is good hearted, but not smart about guys. Ryan is not boyfriend or husband material. He is a pouty, snotty, sour person. He never grew up. Abbie will grow up and ten they'll break up! Watch. Ryan always snags young girls because they are the dumb ones.

Yes, well, this wasn't the first one he cheated on Reese with. He slept with a waitress he met at a restaurant while he was filming in Vancouver (and even then she wasn't the only one!). Abbie never made promises and commitments to Reece, Ryan did. He's the slimy type of guy that probably told Abbie that he and Reece were ending it and all that garbage. Who really knows, but I get the impression that Ryan is a total ass and that Abbie is just very naive. Remember the awards show, I think the Golden Globes, when Ryan made a fool of himself yee'hawing obnoxiously, he couldn't handle Reece's success with Walk the Line.
