Ryan Phillippe accompanied girlfriend Abbie Cornish as she received an award from the Australians In Film 2008 'Breakthrough Awards' in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
We don't quite know what he sees in her.
She's no Reese Witherspoon!
Phillippe met the Australian actress on the set of a film and it is reported that the two started having an affair while he was still married to the Legally Blonde actress.

Leave them alone. Doesn't seem like Reese wasted any time by hooking up with Jake. At least Ryan and Abbie didn't flaunt their relationship. Don't judge people.

If you have ever seen the movie "Candy" with abbie and heath ledger then you will know what ryan sees in her. she is hot. maybe not in this pic but in her movies she looks great.

I always agree w/ you Perez and I love Reese Witherspoon, but I haaaaave to say that Abbie is beautiful and very talented. The movie Candy was insanely good. So I have to be happy for them and you should see that movie! You'll like her eventually!

Everyone needs to lay off this girl. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a low key event (with Ryan) and I have to say that she was much cooler than I thought she would be. She had absolutely NO attitude or Hollywood sense of entitlement (which Reese notoriously has, sorry). She conversed with me and my friend for about 20 minutes and was amazingly intelligent and funny. She was in jeans and a jacket for the event (because it was that kind of vibe) and wasn't wearing makeup, and she looked lovely and natural. She easily won over everyone at the party, and everyone was buzzing about her in the week after because she was so genuine and sweet. It takes two people to make a marriage, and two to let it fall apart. I could totally see why Phillipe would have left a high-maintenance Reese for this pretty, down-to-earth girl. Get your claws out of her Perez. Talk to her before you drag her name through the mud and call her a whore. She is a great actress and, as it turns out, a normal woman full of grace and charm and wit. Take a second look before you judge.

Enough is enough! Abbie is more beautiful from bone structure than Reese. As much as I like Reese her face is not as symetrical as Abbies (watch Somersault - she resembles Kate Bosworth at good times there) not to mention her long chin.
This picture and the haircolor is not especially flattering for abbie but except two facial warts she is near to perfect.
