I've known about this for a long time and tell anyone who is a McCain supporter. One friend was upset because Hillary Clinton lied about Bosnia and Obama's minister bothered her, but really, the man left his invalid wife! He's a pig, not fit to be president. I'd hate to see his wife's horrible face in the White House.

You are an asshole Perez! My father was shot down over Viet Nam in 1969 and came home in 1973 when I was in the 8th grade. I was the 4th grade when he was captured but he was a very changed person when he returned. It took a lot of adjustment as a family when he came home. My mother was used to running the family, all of a sudden he was back looking for his "new" tools in the garage, only if had been 4 years since they were new. Not to mention the changes in society that had occured and the fact that his children were now four years older.
He never, ever talked about what happened over there, but I can tell you I was extreamly proud to have a father in the Navy and serving his country during that time, even when I saw protests etc. on tv. This man is war HERO..how DARE you disparge him in any way. I realize you were not even bon during this time, however, shut your trap unless you are willing to put on a uniform and fight. John Mc Cain cannot even comb his own hair or adjust his shirt collar because of abuse and beatings he suffered at the hands of the vicious Viet Cong. Don't you fucking DARE say one word about him! I feel so sorry for her — everyone celebrates him as the hero but she seems like a hero too. Imagine so many surgeries that you lost 5 inches of your height, trying to take care of kids with husband a POW. Then he comes back and your marriage falls apart. It's such a sad story. People say "they just went in different directions" but it seems like he chose to pursue a different direction whereas she just got left.
