Paris isn't the only to have all the fun and make the dinero!
According to reports, Simple Life 'star' Nicole Richie is pitching a reality show to the TV nets.
And, get this…the show revolves around the search for the next Nicole Richie.
According to someone who's been pitched the idea, the 'reality' show would take seven girls from across the U.S. and test their ability to achieve insta-fame, a la Richie style!
Nicole and a panel of judges would then whittle down the competition in preparation for the live finale.
The winner would receive her own reality show.
Noooooooooooo!!!
Word is at least three cable networks are interested in the pitch.

I don't watch any tv and definitely don't watch any reality tv. I learn who people are through Perez and a magazine here and there, but I would not be watching this show.
However, Nicole is a bit charming and her insta-fame, as it's referred to here, is an interesting phenomena. I think this show could be a good one, and it has a fun premise. I might not be watching it, but I think a lot of other people would be.

writers don't just write they long for people to write for. they scout for the next name in search of the perfect delivery.

reality is cheap c'mon from set to script. i've always been more expensive than cheap i think most people have the same belief.

I would watch it. Nicole is ridiculously HILARIOUS, she is so damn rude and funny and adorable and gets away with it all at the same time, like a little naughty wood sprite-I wish she would do more on tv, she cracks me up until I am crying. The Simple Life was killer, the shit she pulled is stuff that I do, but unfortunately I don't have cameras following me around, everyone thinks I should though. I miss watching her antics, and it will be nice when she isn't overshadowed by Paris.
