What he's saying is important is doing something right, as opposed to half-assed, which was his main gripe with the war. He supported it, but not the plan Bush and his clowns used.

What you two dont understand is that no one likes that soldiers are dieing and that innocent people are dieing in Iraq but as soon as your guy Obama pulls them out (which he wont, sorry its not realistic), someone just like Saddam will come into power and kill more people then we can ever imagine, maybe become worst them Saddam, and will gang up with Iran and plan attacks on us. Its at the point where no one is coming out of there yet like it or not so old school thinking is what we have to do to secure peoples lives here. So once your guy Obama starts giving ideas that are actually possible then maybe people will reconsider voting for McCain but until then, im sticking with the guy who has a plan.
