Canada took responsibility during 9/11 and landed 239 aircraft safely at a moments notice at airports all over their country, most of which had been en route from Europe and heading for the United States; and then they graciously fed and boarded all of the passengers mostly in their private homes until the flight ban was lifted. Hussein had WMD. He sent many of them to Syria before we invaded. He actively pursued nukes and other weapons. He used them before, and would have used them again.

Canada took responsibility during 9/11 and landed 239 aircraft safely at a moments notice at airports all over their country, most of which had been en route from Europe and heading for the United States; and then they graciously fed and boarded all of the passengers mostly in their private homes until the flight ban was lifted. Iraq will be a thriving country like Kuwait in 20 years because we invaded. It will change the middle east.

Keeping these military personnel safe is the issue…getting the casualties down to nothing. THAT is the issue, and that's what he's saying.
