It's hard to stay on top in the music industry. Just ask Lily Allen!
Lily used to be Capitol Records' "golden girl" but lately she's just been slipping. She's known these days more fore being a tragic trainwreck than a musician. She knows it too. That must hurt!
And, now, it seems she's been replaced.
Replaced by none other than a Perez fav, Katy Perry, which we first introduced you to last year.
Katy also performed at our kick ass party in Austin during SXSW this past March.
Well, according to reports, a music industry insider has said, "Lily Allen is peeved at Capitol. She feels like they've shoved her aside to focus all their energies on their new girl of the moment, Katy Perry."
But the real insult, according to the source, came when the label "replaced a photo of Lily Allen with one of Katy Perry" in its office main lobby.
Ha ha ha ha!!!!!
Lily is starting to look like washed-up goods.
The only thing that can save Allen now???? If she makes a good sophomore album!
But, from what we're hearing, Lily's new material s-u-c-k-s.

How can you say that Lily Allen is so horrible? Obviously, you havent been listening to the same thing I have. This is not to say that Katy Perry isnt horrible, because shes NOT, I love her too. But honestly, you can like them both at the same time.

I woudn't expect her to call you friend after the way you've mocked her miscarriage and made oh, so public, her difficulties in dealing. Lily Allen has a lot of talent and her youth behind her. I wish her well. Perhaps you should find yourself some integrity and do that also.

It's funny how Perez said like the other day that Lilys songs were good but then today he says that he heard her material sucks. Jeez Perez, at least take the time to hear 4 yourself before you judge. You said like 2 weeks ago that Coldplay's cd sounded good then days later, you said it sucked! Be consistent!!!!! btw katy might seem a better singer, but there's a lot of protools helping her out. At least Lilly's voice is real on her cd even if she doesn't have as big a voice as katy. And most important, lily writes her own witty, smart honest lyrics, and her music is quirky and original!!!!!!!! Katy is bland pop/rock!
i have to say perez i am utterly disgusted by you and your awful comments about londons golden girl, lily allen. i've heard of celebrity feuds (not that your a celebrity, just a desperate attemp) but insinuating that lilys misscarrage was suspicious or that she smoked during pregnancy is purely evil and insensitive of this tragic period during lilys life. have you no heart. pointing out the misscarrage is just an example of how low you're willing to go in order gain attention. perhaps your ongoing tiraid against celbrities is just a sign of the fact that you resent their success. maybe you feel that bullying is a way of making yourself seem bigger and better. but its not. as far as im concerned you are a bully that needs serious phycolgical help and hopefully it wont be too long unitll we hear reports of your entering in rehab.

You know, the clearest sign of insecurities is whether one can grant other people happiness. Trashing others make you look sad and pathetic. Making fun of someone who just had a miscarriage is wrong. Lily Allen made a wonderful debut album with excellent pop-music.
… And she's still young. She has to have room to mature. You should give it to her. Try focusing on your own life instead of other's.
Just because she's famous doesn't mean she's not a person anymore. Lily Allen is not a product of the media, but a human being. It's time you treat her and others accordingly. It's time for the entire world to do that.
There is nothing original and unique about Katy Perry. The worst way to debut is to cover other people's music. I'm sure she may only have a picture in the Capital Records building because she is new. Lily Allen is NOT signed to Capital, they just distribute her music here in the US. Lily Allen sings without vocalization tools, OBVIOUSLY in use on Katy Perry's voice. Katy Perry's voice doesn't match the recording on her myspace page. I believe the only reason you like her music is because she invited you to be her ringleader of her circus debut party. Lets just be realistic for just a moment.
HAHA Lily allen is more talented then you will ever be Perez(what are you famous for?…a fat asshole with ugly hair and an ugly clothing line?). Katy is rad to and has sai she wants no drama so if you really are her friend then LEAVE THEM BOTH ALONE. YOU'RE the fatass/ has been who i'll give another few months if even that.
