Forbes has issued their new annual Power List, ranking the top celebrities based on fame and money.
And, not much to anyone's surprise, Oprah Winfrey came in at number 1 with $275 million!!
Also on the list are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. However, Ange is much higher on the list, at number 3 with $14 million.
Bradley came in at number 10 with $20 million.
Guess we know who's on top now!
Miley Cyrus also made the list this year at number 35 and surprisingly so did Lauren Conrad at number 97. WTF??????
Oh, and Brad Pitt's ex also made the list. Jennifer Aniston came in at number 17.
And who can forget the Jonas Brothers. They came in at number 89.
The biggest earner, though, is J.K. Rowling, who came in at number 9 with $300 million.
Damn her!

Why don't Brad & Angie team up with Beyonce & Jay-z and help some of the millions of people in this country who are losing their homes to foreclosure? Wouldn't be a blip on their radar as far as their money and they could use it as a tax write off..
I think you made a mistake when you listed Angie at 14 million and Brad at 20 million there both worth much more than that

I have to agree. In fact, there are several celbutards I would not know about if not for you. I don't even have cable! Now, the other day I was at a friend's house and she was watching E! and they mentioned Lauren Conrad and I immediately knew who they were talking about, even though I usually skip over your news regarding her.
I have to add though, I'd still like Amy Winehouse if not for your uncensored reporting of her. Now I encourage my friends not to buy her music, or even sing along on the radio. We should be reaching out to her and offerieng help. I'm afraid she wont live to see thirty and what are WE doing about it? Looking the other way while humming "rehab". And I'm sure all of America and England will click their tongues and shake their heads when she dies in a crack den at twenty-seven.

Why the hell are Jennifer Aniston, Lauren Conrad (who?) and the Jonas Brothers (who?) on this list? One is a has-been who hasn't headlined a hit movie yet and the other two are complete nobody's. Forbes must have been drunk when they compiled the list this year.

I was really confused too that JK rowling makes more than Oprah yet she's #9…however, it says that its based on money AND power, therefore, based on that..I think Oprah is more powerful than JK Rowling.. what do you think? Does that make sense?

Everyone is making a big hoopla about how J.K. Rowling is lower on the list even though she made more money - people, read the words! The list is compiled with data for money AND fame, silly geese! And Oprah is certainly more famous than Ms. Rowling.
