OMG that was so fuckin annoying, that girl in the car didnt know what the hell she was talking about, damn.

I COULDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO THE ENTIRE CALL BECAUSE HE WAS JUST PISSING ME OFF!!!!

what the fuck did that have to do with Lindsay Lohan? that wasn't worth my time.
First of all.. NO ONE said a guy was driving in that audio…. she was yelling "WHAT IS HE DOING" "ARE THEY FOLLOWING US?!" And they said nothing about a girl being in the car….. if it's the assistant's mom then why wouldn't she just say that? They would obviously know they were being followed by Lindsay fucking Lohan and whatever guy if that whole story is true. All they can say is a white GMC and I don't know.. we were pulling in our drive way…. something about a gun or he has something… it's all just random bullshit… some frantic woman thinking someone's after her… it was probably because she cut him off or something and pissed someone off. Obviously someone that idiotic that can't answer simple questions most likely can't drive either.
SHE WAS DRIVING… LET ME SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU:
1. the lady says the car came out of nowhere and started following them. She refers to the driver as he. How the fuck would she know it was a man following her in pitch dark at 1:30am? she DOESNT.. she is assuming so cause wouldn't you if you and your daughter were being chased by somebody driving like a bat out of hell to come get you?? come on
2. Police would not have arrested her for a DUI if somebody else was driving. If somebody else was driving, why would Lindsay not have made a big deal? The police said she was cooperative. How many of you would be cooperative if you were being framed for a DUI? And why wouldn't she say "I was not driving" in that e-mail to Access Hollywood? That seems like the most vital piece of information if that were the case and NEITHER LINDSAY NOR DINA have said anything, but Dina sure is running her mouth about a whole bunch of other shit.
COME ON NOW PEOPLE… you have to look at the other facts of this case along with this tape. If you have not been following it, I understand what you are thinking (and commend you for having a life lol) butfor the rest of you come on…

You idiots (this does not apply to everyone), NO WHERE ON THE TAPE DOES SHE SAY A GUY IS DRIVING. She continuously refers to a "he," but never says "he is driving." Based on the reports of Lohan having two other male passengers, he was probably just one of them. The police cannot get away with giving her as DUI if they were not certain she was driving–the charges they would face for such a mistake is unfathomable and the officers on hand would certainly lose their jobs. I don't doubt a man was making some kind of threat (one of the male passengers, that is); however, I still don't doubt Lindsay was driving and heavily intoxicated….Also, keep in mind we often rely on the male pronouns of "he" and "him" when we are not certain of a gender. For example, if someone cuts me off in an intersection and I don't clearly see who is driving, I generally rely on "he just fucking cut me off"–I think most people do too. No matter what I or anyone else says, the truth will definitely come out.

The woman tries to explain that the reason she is panicked is because they pulled into their driveway and a white GMC came down an (alleyway?) and a guy got out and came towards them and she said, "he may have a gun!" Not that she saw a gun, but that she was frightened that he may have one. It doesn't sound like she recognizes this guy, so Lindsay was probably driving some guy's vehicle unbenownst to the woman on the phone. The 911 dispatcher is in need a vacation. The tone he used was rude and spoke as though the call was an interruption! How would he feel if the call ended with two popping sounds and dead air? They should be used to people who are panicked and can't articulate their fears well.
Remember, a trained police officer got there and investigated. The first thing he saw was Lindsay screaming in the victims face. He finds out from the victim what car was chasing her (Lindsay's) and he finds out who was driving the car (Lindsay). I'm sure the cop wouldn't give Lohan a breathalyzer on just a hunch.

1) It's called "fight or flight" syndrome, in which adrenaline pumps through your body, when you feel that your life is at risk. This is what happened to the caller on the 911 tape. If you've never been involved in a car chase, you can't imagine how you would react.
2) Evidently the caller did a good job. The police found the chase vehicle within a matter of minutes.
3) The police would not have arrested a passenger for DUI. Obviously, they saw her driving the vehicle. I'd also bet that they have dashboard-camera video of her stepping out of the vehicle, and of her failing the sobriety test.
4) Lindsay doesn't like people walking away from her unless SHE's dismissed them. If you recall, this is exactly the behavior that got her in trouble on Memorial Day weekend. Samantha Ronson walked away from her–Lindsay blew a drunken gasket.
5) Jail time. She'll be doing at least four months. It's unavoidable at this point.

I think it's UNPROFESSIONAL that he spoke (while still on the phone) to a colleague and said, "These people aren't answering my questions." Other than that, how's he supposed to act?: "Oh hey, what's up? I can't really hear you, call back later." ? yeah, right.
"Where are you?" implies the direction you're heading on the street you're on and what street you're at. Not, "5th and Wilshire" or whatever she said. That tells the police nothing… what are they to do? Send 4 cars out in each direction ’til one finds the lucky caller?

For those who think that LL wasn't driving because a man got out of the car - who the hell said what side of the car he got out on? If she had 2 male passengers in the car it would not be unreasonable for a guy to jump out of the passenger side before LL exited the vehicle. Pics from that night will come out soon, this is too newsworthy and worth too much $$ for someone not to sell some incriminating pics, videos or camara shots.

Mainly before turning 21, but still we are both kids growing up, we will make mistakes. Plus she has more money to make mistakes with than I do, so of course she can afford the lifestyle of partying. I live in a small town and mostly everyone my age gets drunks. Hell most of college kids stay drunk, so her doing the same is not a HUGE issue, it is the media trying to make money off of her mistakes.
