Well, apparently Hollywood Records (AKA Disney) ran out of money on her album, this video is the result. It was filmed on set at HSM3 I heard.
Also, the song is being used in ads for Mark Ecko's sneaker line, Red, that she has a contract with. So, the bad song is for advertising, really. And, the video has really low production quality, but I'm sure the kids that love her won't care. Unfortunately (opr fortunately, depending on your point of view hehe) it will lower her credibility as an artist, for sure.

The thing about Vanessa is, she is really just a product. She has been bought and paid for by so many company's to use for marketing, I don't think anyone knows who she actually is anymore.
