Russian gazillionaire Roman Abromovich (owner of London soccer club Chelsea) ponied up $2 million for an Amy Winhouse performance at his 25-year old girlfriend's Moscow art gallery opening this past Thursday.

Wino's peeps managed to get her on a plane to the Russian city. But according to reports, a source says, when she arrived in Moscow "she was in no condition to appear."

Party organizers supposedly talked about finding a Wino replacement but felt there wasn't enough time.

Ames was supposed to take the stage at 10:30 pm but didn't make it on til 12:30. The singer's handlers worked two exhausting hours to get her on stage, says an insider.

Between snorts sips of Coke, Winehouse puffed on cigarettes, flung her lighter into the audience and tugged on her little dress, revealing to front row fans that she wasn't wearing underwear.
