Hospitalized! AGAIN!

Hope this is the wake up call she needs!
Amy Winehouse was hospitalized on Monday after fainting at home.
Is "fainting" the new code word for overdose/passing out????
The Wino mouthpiece says, "Amy was at home this afternoon when she briefly fainted. Fortunately, her manager's assistant was there to stop her falling. She quickly recovered and her father Mitch took her to hospital as a precaution. Doctors are unsure of the cause of the incident and Amy is currently undergoing tests."
Um, maybe her body is tired of all the drugs and shit she's been consuming????
Wino "may be kept in [the hospital] overnight for observation," the rep added.
She needs to be locked up in rehab for a while!!!!!

Re: devor – devor - you sound like a wonderfully compassionate person who knows first-hand the hell that Amy is going through. I'm sure her family, friends, fans and Amy herself would thank you for your offer of the help she so badly needs. As for some of the other people wishing her dead - I've never heard anything so vile. You were probably the same morons who made similar comments when Britney reached her lowest point. I happen to dislike intensely many of the people talked about on this and other blogs, but I would never be so downright evil as to wish death on them and state it publicly. To be fair to Perez, this time at least, he was a little sharp but not cruel when posting this, and like him, I hope this will lead to some action to get Amy on the road to recovery. She is an incredibly talented artist and we dont want to lose her.

I AM ANGRY as a fan to watch what she is doing to herself. I have loved Amy's music and really believe her to have been blessed with one of the best voices of our time right now…and to see someone with so much going for them and to have been given such a gift, just to have all of that and and smoke it all away! Ugh!!!!!!!!! It makes me so pissed.
I have no doubt in my mind that if she doesn't IMMEDIATELY step it up with her problem, she won't live to see the end of 2009…if not 2008.

They need to get their shit together. The woman is Bulimic, by her own admission. CLEARLY, her Potassium needs to be checked immediately because if she's consistently purging & not replenishing the electrolytes & Potassium lost, she will go into assitily & die. It's no joke, I almost died once from this reason. She needs to be in a treatment center STAT & people need to stop blowing smoke up her ass.
