Dear Nick Hogan

Filed under: Legal Matters > Nick Hogan

nickhogan.jpg

Your bitching and crying in jail makes us ill!

Look at this video.

It's footage of the 'life' your 'best friend' lives now and it's so so sad.

Nick, it was your recklessness that sentenced your 'friend' to that 'life'.

You are lucky to be alive and healthy.

Shut your mouth. Do your time. We hope never to hear of your whining again.

It's the driver's responsiblity that the front seat passenger wears their seatbelt. Florida state law fines the driver if the passenger is not wearing a seatbelt. Therefore Nick is responsible for John not wearing the seatbelt, for drinking, and for driving like an idiot.

    302

Graziano should have been wearing his seat belt. It's no secret that Nick is a fast driver! Graziano knew better and now he gets to live out his life a veggie! It doesn't excuse Nick being a pr*ck!

Was he drunk when this happened? Seriously, if he was drinking during the day, that doesn't necessarily mean he was drunk when this happened.

nick is a pathetic little bitch, its sad that his sorry ass even makes it into the media. he has accomplishe dnothing but a reputation for being an irrisponsible little bitch. he should thank god everyday that he got such a short sentence. i hope something fucking happens to him!

Re: sshaw – How many young guys would tell another young guy to buckle up, seriously? I mean everyone's acting so superior. I hope anyone that's posting NEVER drank and drove or got in the car with anyone that did. Take the keys away people then! Come on.

I cannot tell you how HAPPY I am that the Graziano family gave the media this footage..it really brings it home….

People, this is the result of IRRESPONSIBILITY…racing and drunk driving=stupidity

    DO THE RIGHT THING

Nick is such a little bitch I wish he could feel the pain than guys going through right now then he woudlnt whine and bitch about his time in jail. He deserves every second of that sentence and then some. He would get life inprisonment if it was up to me. When you take a life yours should be taken from you and thats what he essentially did to this young man.

    311

Nick Hogan did the right thing by pleading guilty….and no this should never have happened…..The thing is the other guy had a choice as to get into the car or not etc. What happened is very tragic, but it's not all Nick Hogans fault here.

  12. tdawg says – reply to this

    312

As much as I sympathize with the boy that was in the car with Nick, I have a feeling he is as much at fault as Nick is. So please quit laying the guilt trip, if Nick wasnt driving Im sure his buddy would have been. Not like they just met or something.

    315

I don't care about how many idiots are out there who let their passengers drive without a seatbelt. I'm a mom. There are no excuses. If you choose to look the other way when your passenger chooses to not wear a seat belt, than it' your fault if his head goes through the windshield if you get into an accident. If your passenger doesn't want to wear a seatbelt and gets hurt, do you think the judge is going to care that you just didn't want to fight with him about putting on a seatbelt?

  16. Coron says – reply to this

    316

This is a terrible tragedy, John choose to get in that car. There are choices that everyone makes in their life and he made the wrong one too… There are not excuses for nick's choice or john's choice…John is older then Nick and he knew that he was driving under the influence, Nick has to live with what he did to his friend for the rest of his life, just as john has too. If John had been ok and Nick was the one hurt people would not be hanging John for this even though he would have still been in the car and let his friend drive drunk….This is a tragedy no matter where you are and people need to respect that….

  17. Chloe says – reply to this

people are focusing on nick's choice of getting into the car when he was drinking the dumbass in the coma KNEW nick had drank and go into the car to street race! yeah it was some of nick's fault BUT nick is getting way too much bad press (THATS YOU PEREZ) yes what nick did was wrong but john made shitty choices as well but no one focuses on that because he got hurt, what if it were the other way around, would people blame john for letting nick drive of nick got hurt IT WAS AN ACCIDENT lay off and stop picking sides when you dont know the case personally, media whores like you make celebrities lives even tougher, lay off, you just give other famous people shit because you have no talent to become famous yourself

  19. Jenni says – reply to this

    319

I watched the video and I think the sentence Nick received it quite lean compared to what his friend has to endure. Perez is right, do the time and shut the fuck up you whiney little baby. You chose to drink and drive, deal with your actions.

    322

I feel bad for his friend…but nobody forced him in that car. And as past videos of Nick show he loved to drive fast and race. I'm sure that his friend knew this and was also probably egging him on. While it's unfortunate that his friend has essentially lost his life…Nick went to court, was assigned a sentence and is now serving his time. Whether or not he bitches about it is irrelevent because what person that goes to jail doesn't bitch about it. The judge (who is highly qualified to make a decision) gave him the sentence that he felt was necessary for the situation. I think his friends family needs someone to blame and they wouldn't dare blame their own family member so who else is there? Nick…but people need to realize he may have been the driver but his friend made choices on that day too. It was an unfortunate accident…but that's what it was, an "ACCIDENT" Nick definately try to crash and cause such traumatic injuries to anyone

Good luck with not hearing about him anymore Perez, I wish we didn't have to hear about any of the Hogans, unfortunately Brooke has a reality show coming on TV starting I believe this Sunday on VH1 called "Brooke Knows Best" I think we should call for a boycott.

  25. blond says – reply to this

    325

I agreee it was a horrible accident and accients happen. Nick's friend choose to get in the car with him, he wasn't forced. BUT.. nick & his family need to show remorse, compassion and do what they can for his friend and family. Instead they decided to act as most "stars" do, like they should not be held responsible for any of it because they are "stars". They act like "oh well" and act like they are in shock they nick was even charged with anything. How vain and just down right stupid are these people.. It's been shown that even the mother has been driving reckless and this wasn't the first time nick was speeding/racing either. What example are these parents setting? That as long as you have money and are famous you can do anything, even ruin a persons life and get away with it? I think nick and his parents (because hes a minor) should be sentenced to time in the hospital taking care of people in the ward that his friend is in.. These people are stupid, stupid, stupid!

  26. hogan says – reply to this

    326

wow. he shouldnt even get a hearing. HE SHOULDNT EVEN GET A HEARING. Ok, I think this kid should be in longer than what they gave him. Although his friend isnt dead, he's damn close to being "dead". NO LIFE. Hogan shouldnt have a life anymore either. ROTT IN JAIL. Eat it up boy, Solitary confinment? YA RIGHT. let him take it in the ass. LET HIM TAKE IT.

  27. samm says – reply to this

    327

I don't understand why Nick Hogan is shouldering all the responsibility for this. his passenger CHOSE to get in the car, CHOSE to not put on a seatbelt. He is equally to blame for his current condition. On top of that, his parents are idiots for keeping him alive for their own personal emotional needs rather then his own best interests. The entire situation sucks, however, I don't believe all fault lies with Nick.

  30. aeryn says – reply to this

    330

he should have gotten life in prison. do you honestly think he won't speed once he gets out of jail? he will continue to put other people's lives in danger because of his hunger for speed. plus, he shows no remorse for what he did. how dare he say john graziano is a "negative" person on those jail tapes! he has no right to say a damn thing.

  31. Saha says – reply to this

    331

My boyfriend was struck by a car when me and him were walking home from a party one night, and he is just like John in the video. He has the mentality of a 5 year old.
    So fucking sad.

  32. Megs says – reply to this

    332

If Nick's friend had been wearing his seat belt, AS REQUIRED BY LAW, he probably wouldn't be in the vegatative state he's in today. He/his family need to accept some responsibilty for his current condition. Nick wore his seatbelt and was fine. But he does need to stop whining like a baby!

  33. SORRY says – reply to this

    333

If for a moment we can all forget who Nick Hogan is, we would see that he was a 17 year-old minor with a 22 year-old adult passenger. The adult knowingly got in the car with the minor and did not wear his seatbelt. I'm almost positive that wasn't the first time the 2 of them have done that. It has been scientifically proven that teenagers make irrational decisions because their brains haven't fully developed. John being the adult, should not have let his friend drive drunk, and should have at least put on his seatbelt. Unfortunately, we can't take back time. Hopefully, one day Nick will grow up and realize his friend is suffering too. He's still a kid. Spoiled? Sure but a kid nonetheless. I wish for healing for both families. This is all unfortunate but definitely not the first time in history. Drunk driving happens everyday but they're not all famous, therefore, the media won't cover that story.

  34. amy says – reply to this

    334

you fuck ups. nick is a fuckin prick who needs to be put away for life, just like how he took his friend john's. no one forced john into the car, but honest to god, how the hell could john have known what would happen? please…nick hogan was a joke, is a joke, and killed someone. and while his heart is still beating, his mind is not. john is the living dead.
so before you go and tell perez that he's "an ass for beating nick over the head with this", tell nick to say things that make us believe he's sorry. all he's sorry about is doing jail time. please.

  35. Locke says – reply to this

    335

Alright, I'm getting tired of everyone jumping on Nick Hogan's back. So, I'm gonna cut him some slack. What you guys fail to realize that these were young guys goin out for a joy ride bring tipsy. We've all were young at one point, and some of you still are. I'm not in any way excusing Nick Hogan's actions, because drinking and driving is just bad. But I will say, if the other guy was driving, and Nick was the one in the hospital, this picture would have been painted the same way. Both guys were being young, out joy ridin, and being stupid. Nick is easily the one being attacked here because he walked away from the accident unfazed. I just think this whole situation is stupid. I feel sorry about the situation, but do I feel sorry for the kid in the hospital, prolly not. The kid in the hospital needs to accept responsibility for his own actions.

What good has Nick Hogan ever done to make us feel at all sympathetic for him! He is the spawn of 2 z lister celebs so what good has he ever done. Doesn't Nick feel at all bad for what he has done. He has practically ruined the life of someone who deserves to have a lot in life. This kid has been to Irac twice- and what has Nick Hogan ever done? Drink booze, get in a car, drive around, hit a true hero, then bitch and moan. It is sorta ironic how all of this bad stuff has happened to the Hogan family after they stopped that show Hogan knows best. More like HOgan knows worst.

It is absolutely appalling how Nick and his father can have conversations on the phone and talk a bunch of garbage towards John and his family even after they have seen the condition he is in first hand. You would think they would be thankful that Nick only got scraped up and do everything they could to be there for the Graziano’s… but no.

  41. Hones says – reply to this

Nick Hogan, you deserve jail….in fact, you deserve alot worse. There is no such thing as 'accindent' when it comes to drink driving you fucking arrogant naive celebspawn retard.
Your 'friend' should have been the one walking away unhurt, YOU decided to drink drive, YOU escaped while YOUR 'friend' suffers when YOU were the one dumb enough to drink drive. YOU were behind the wheel. YOU caused this. It IS YOUR fault.

Quit whining Nick you lil bitch. Unless you want out and someone could smash your fn head in so you could have brain damage too? What would you prefere?….Hmmm???? Yea That's what i thought!!

  44. C- says – reply to this

    344

Hogan is a douch. But don't forget his friend wasn't brain damaged before he got in the car with the drunken driver. While Hogan deserves to take his punishment and shut up about it- people are ultimatly responsible for their own choices. Nacy Grace is such a dried up bitch she can't even squeeze out a fake tear- her sensationalized reporting only makes this situation more tragic and I'd like to see her shut her fat face.

Get real people… if you are in a car with someone who is drinking and you are not or are drunk also… you are as guilty as the person driving. GET REAL!!! Nick Hogan sucks ass, he should take responsability for he has done. But the VET. guy souldn't be what he's in trouble for, the guy got in the car with somebody who was smashed he should take responsibility also. he should get life in jail, no doubt.
I'm so saddened by this.. I can't stop crying :(

  54. Dev says – reply to this

    354

I completely agree with Nick serving his sentence and serving it quietly, but I DO NOT agree with this video. If his family released this, they should be ashamed of themselves. I can't imagine that being myself.. I would be humiliated. Everyone already knows the severity of his condition, but they don't need to see him like that. Shouldn't they keep things like that to themselves? This just really pisses me off. I don't know him personally, but I know the pride that a lot of soldiers have and I hardly think that he would appreciate the world seeing him in such a helpless position.

This also comes right after the Hogan's claim of getting threatening phone calls. I understand that they are trying to spin this back in their direction, but give me a break. You don't USE your son to do that. That is exactly what you are doing.. USING HIM. At least let him keep his dignity.

Maybe I'm just a prideful person, but I know If that were me, I would be mortified!

    357

Perez has been giving an ultra-extreme bias of this situation. Yes what Nick did was wrong and completely inexcusable, and under no circumstances is drinking and driving okay, however he is doing exactly what anyone would do given this situation, trying to defend his rights, and fight the case- a privilege that America has provided all its citizens with. It is a terrible tragedy and some awful, life-altering decisions were made that night, but it is hard to believe that the crash was entirely Hogans fault. Hogan being underage was likely bought alcohol by his friend, and him being a minor at only 17 years of age, was probably succumbing to the abhorrence of peer pressure, to drink, to drag-race, and to look and act like a macho man. He is not an innocent by any means and he definitely deserves time in jail, but it is still hard to believe that he is solely to blame.

    361

You know this is sick. The Hogan's STILL won't take any responsibility. All they care is that their son is in jail and that Nick is whining how he hates jail. They are the worst EVER. They are selfish people and CRAZY!! Hulk Hogan dating a young woman that looks like his daughter. And Linda dating a 19 yr old and Nick thinking he is so privilegded (and better than everybody else)
    They are disfunctional.

Amen! I don't know who he thinks he is to be whining and bitching about being in jail. When you make bad decisions you have to live with the consequences. 366

Re: smash – Although what's going on with Graziano is heartbreaking, people have to remember that he also made the choice to get in the car with Hogan. He didn't have to get in. And I'm pretty sure he was drinking too. So the blame doesn't just lie on Nick Hogan's shoulders. He got less than he deserved for driving drunk. And his friend does not deserve to spend the rest of his life like that. It's no life at all. And Hulk Hogan should be penalized for his part in it. He bought the alcohol that inevitably caused the crash. However, you can't just blame the Hogans. It was Graziano's choice to get in the car. He knew his friend was drunk and he did it anyway. That was just as stupid. Now before anyone bitches at me, I'm not saying he deserves what he got. But I am saying that Nick Hogan and Hulk Hogan are not the only ones to blame.

Nick needs to shut his mouth and do his time. John is "doing time" for life.

  69. Nada says – reply to this

    369

Although I'm sure Nick Hogan did not mean to cause this, yes, he absolutely is responsible for it. And, yes, he should be in jail. And, yes, he is lucky to have gotten off so lightly. And yes, he and his family should *really* try to get some perspective. If they had some, they'd very shortly realize that they are very, very lucky indeed that Nick did not end up like his friend did and that all the complaining (when they should be thanking their lucky stars) makes them seem like blind, insensitive, self-involved jerks.

  70. Nada says – reply to this

    370

Also it's probably worth mentioning that whether or not the friend should have gotten into the car with Nick Hogan has *no* bearing on whether or not Nick is legally (or morally, for that matter) responsible for the accident. To suggest otherwise is fallacious.

  71. ric a says – reply to this

the whole Hogan family is a joke… the divorce of the slimey parents is a facade so that the pending civil lawsuit against these media whores wont be successful. Those two " adults" spun a divorce in the media so everyone can think there is no money … its all spin.

  72. Melis says – reply to this

    372

It should be Nick lying in that bed, strapped to that machine. I wonder how much bitching & complaining the Hogans would do if the tables were turned and Nick had been the passenger, injured at someone else's hands. You can bet your ass that they would have tried to fry the person responsible. He's a whiny, over-privileged little bitch who's never had to work a day in his life and now that it's time to be a man, he can't find it within himself to do it. He got off SO easy and all they can do is complain about how unfair it is to HIM?! The entire thing makes me want to vomit. The whole family is disgraceful, from Nick to his mommy and her choice in teenaged boy toys. I wish they'd all go away and not just for four months.

he's aloud to say what he wants. yes, he should be in jail. but the other guy CHOSE to be in that car with him. i think it's bullshit for ppl to judge someone based off of media. i think that nick should do a reality show and any money he makes should go to john's care. he should make it into a learning experience for others and try to send a message that the behavior of both the guys is unacceptable. i think that the family should only get enough money to take care of john. if this was any other case that's what would happen. and ppl wouldn't being hanging onto every word that the media threw out. everyone needs to just get over this and let the families deal with this on their own.

Nick is just a kid. Yes, he made a huge mistake and deserves to be punished for it. But that does not mean that it's not going to be difficult for him. Can you imagine how horrible you would feel if you ruined your best friend's life? I'm sure Nick is totally torn apart by this all. He and his family have been going through a lot. I'm not making excuses for him, but everyone makes mistakes. His friend was riding right along with him and it probably wasn't the first time. It's not like he was forced in the car.

I agree that both of these guys were in different ways responsible for this accident but the reality is Nick came out of this just fine and all he can do is whine because he has to serve a little bit of time in jail. His friend is paying the ultimate price, he will never have a life again. He fought in Iraq twice only to come home and find this as his reward. Nick deserves to serve time in jail, he could have killed one of his friends. FRIEND is the keyword in this, if Nick cared about this guy, it shouldn't bother him to spend a little time in jail, atleast he can wake up and walk and eat real food, he will have a chance in life to get married and have children, his friend may never have those joys. Nick, grow up, take responsibility for what you did. Your spending 8 months in jail while your "FRIEND" is paying the ultimate price, get over yourself. My prayers are with the victims family.

GIVE HIM A LONGER SENTENCE! BITCH BELONGS IN JAIL!

  77. 377

This makes me fucking sick!!! Nick Hogan sentenced his best friend to life trapped in his own body, incapable of doing anything and this fucked can't spend a few years in a fucking cell. If that were me I would ask for life in a cell the size of my body. This is fuckin ridiculous this isn't about learning his lesson or how rich he is or being treated unfairly, how unfair is it that his friend can't live anymore because of what he did?!?!? I hope one day Nick Hogan understands the magnitude of what he is done and I hope he suffers from the inside out with guilt because of it.

No fucking kidding.. I'm not sure what pisses me off more about this situation, how much of a whiny baby Nick is or how his family is playing the victim card. The really sick thing about this whole situation is that the Hogan family will probably end up making money off of this horrible situation some how.

I hope the same exact thing happens to one or all of the Hogan family members (Brooke excluded). Then maybe they'll realize how devistating something like this truly is. It's disgusting to see and hear how they act towards the victim and his family. Shame on them!!! I hope the family sues them for everything they have. Then I hope they all have to live how this young veteran is living, if that's even considered living. It's such a shame they're so consumed w/themselves to care about another human being and the pain that persons family is going through. It's sickening. What a group of horrible, horrible peoople. Kudos to you Perez for showing this video.

First of all, this is truley the curse of reality tv. Couples, family , w.e … reality tv kills everything. Last year everything was good and dandy, this year with the Hogans, BAM divorce, nick gets arrested for a d.u.i. Before, nick and jessica, divorced, carmen and dave, split , the barkers, divored. Hmm , people just don't learn. And Nick, is a COMPLETE douchebag, words cannot describe. I mean, instead of feeling remorse, or guilt for his actions, he scapegoats every possible thing, " HE gave me the beer", STFU, are you fucking kidding me? and Hulk Hogan , plz stfu, you're weird, and so is your wife, basically dating your kids lookalikes. The show should be taken of the air, because the reality now is not so happy as it's shown on tv.

I get that Nick was the one who was driving, and I feel bad for the outcome for the victim, but he willingly got in the car knowing Nick had been drinking, and he was also drinking… so I'm not for the whole "This is all Nick's fault" story. Yes, he deserves to do the jail time he was senteced, but why can't people let it end there? Any smart person knows– DO NOT GET INTO A CAR WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN DRINKING! SIMPLE AS THAT!

It's sad that just because Nick is part of a famous family that he is getting such hatred toward him because he's a "spoiled brat". If this was just some story in a different city– it would have already been forgotten about.

Again, I do feel bad for the victim, but he is a little at fault as well. Hate on me all you want for that comment, but just because he's in the state he's in doesn't mean it isn't the truth.

Throw the blame wherever, you want but this is his life from here on out. People are saying they were young and dumb and got in the car with their friends and were fine with it, but are turning and saying John is to blame for getting in the car too? How about practicing what you preach. You make yourself sound more like an idiot for blaming him for his actions then admitting to doing the same thing. If you were in his position, I bet you'd be pretty fucking upset for people blaming you for your actions. But since you're so "lucky"…you don't have to worry about it, right?!

  85. 385

That poor boy (his friend, not Nick) He deserves SO much better than that, I hope his family is getting all the support they need and then some during this time. Nick, you deserve to rot in Hell for all I care. You not only ruined your friends life but that of HIS family and other friends, not to mention, the lives of your family members. Go to Hell

I am so sick of the entire Hogan family. They need to STFU. They think they can do whatever they want and they are better than everyone because they have a reality show. Linda Hogan is so gross. I'd be so ashamed if my mom started fucking one of my friends from school. Good thing my moms not a gross fat old whore like her.

This video makes me sick! Nick and his family are all worthless, bastards! They set there and whine about not being able to go to the beach, not being able to go out on the boat and many other things, yet poor John is doomed to a life of hell. The Hogans think they are above and beyond everyone else and that their shit don't stink; whining and fucking crying about his jail treatment. Fuck that little punk bitch, he needs to be in prison with the big boys where daddy can't protect him anymore. That sick bitch, Linda, talking about how Nick doesn't deserve to be in jail and that SHE is suffering. I want to slam that fucking whore's head into a brick wall. Then you have Hulk who has the nerve to say he doesn't know what John did but God laid heavy shit on him. WHAT?! YOUR BITCH, ASS SON LAID THIS SHIT ON JOHN, YOU MOTHER FUCKER! Nick deserves to have his ass beat down.

As far as John goes, god bless you for your bravery and fighting for us in Iraq, sweetie! I hope you can take all that strength you used to survive in Iraq and fight this battle with just as much strength. You did NOT deserve what happened to you and Nick WILL pay.

Im not defending Nick in any way… but im giong to say this without sugar coating anything… which im sure will make a lot of people mad…

What Nick did was unresponsible, he made a bad choice when he decided to drive while under the influence of alcohol and should pay for his bad choice.**wHAT HAPPENED TO Graziano IS TRUELY UNFORTUNATE and i dont wish that on everyone *HOWEVER* HE IN MY BOOK HAS SOME FAULT TOO. As far as i know, he was partying with Nick and also drinking. Did he at anytime say, no Nick, you've been drinking, you should not be driving OR im not getting in the car with you, you've been drinking. Was he in the car scared for his life while Nick was driving recklessly or was he in the car, thrilled and enjoying the ride. lets face it, they're young and stupid and this happens all the time.. but in this case, someone got hurt.
AGAIN, IM NOT SAYING NICK IS INNOCENT.. BUT REMEMBER HE IS A MINOR AND Graziano BEING THE ADULT AND HIS FRIEND HAD THE OBLIGATION TO NOT TAKE PART IN THAT.. AND HE DID. I know this sounds cruel and I am not in any way saying that he deserved it but because he didnt but he is just as guilty.. except he is the one that hurt.

I can not believe that the Hogans say it was God's will or that Nick thinks he should be doing a reality show. Every cent they have should go to The Graziano family. THis is a tragedy- it is sad he gave his life by being a Marine and fighting for our country…Nick is whinning about being in jail. If I were the judge he would be on death row.

Mario, you are a seriously damaged human being. Why can't you leave this story alone? How jealous of Nick you must be, that he lived the life you wished you could have had growing up piss-poor in Miami. The only thing you can do is blog. You have no other skills or abilities, apparently, or you would use them to be something else. So jealous of ANYONE who has either achieved success OR who has lived better than you. This is obvious considering how you have consistently kept your nose up Paris Hilton's twat and even ripped off her name. Funny, seems to me SHE drove drunk more than once, and I didn't hear you squawk. We all know that if SHE had been involved in a tragedy like Nick Hogan's accident, and had caused a death or a disaster for someone, YOU would be excusing it endlessly. You're a cheapass hypocrite. Leave Nick and his family and the Grazianos alone! What's done is done!

Funny how that works out, the careless drunk driver goes away unhurt serving- what- 8 months?? and the victim is paralyzed probably for the rest of his life. It makes me sick that this idiot receives any sort of special treatment. But then again, he has to live with himself.

  100. 400

ok, here is the thing, he chose to be in the car, he chose to not wear his seat belt, yes nick hogan should go to jail for being retarded and driving like an ass, but his friend should have worn a seat belt if he was going to be stupid enough to get in nicks car in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
