I remember first watching the Hogan's show and thinking what a great family, but I am shocked at how wrong I really was! I mean the divorce, the younger boy toy, the disturbing relationship between the hulk and his daughter (by that I mean the disgusting pics of him rubbing sunscreen on her ass)!
Then this sad, terrible and completely avoidable accident. All they had to do was raise their kid right. Why would you encourage your sixteen year old son to go into racing? Especially after he proved that clearly he couldn't handle that kind of responsibility ( and by that I mean getting speeding tickets well before and even months before this accident.) Why would his parents not question that fact that their seventeen year old son is hanging with much older friends, or better yet why would you go with your under age son to buy alcohol, then allow him to drive the fast car you bought him and his stupid friend the other car registered to you? Really, the real question is why isn't Hulk being held accountable for any of this?
And for all of the people who are saying that John Graziano should also be held responsible, I am pretty sure judging by the video that he has suffered his consequence! Can you really DEFEND Nick or the Hogans when they are whining about Nick's consequence ( an 8 MONTH JAIL SENTENCE)!!!! Seriously, all of the horrible things that are happening to this family must be for selling themselves out to make a buck with a reality show…how sad and pathetic!

In no way am I saying that his friend deserved to be hurt like he has. I have a friend that was in a car wreak with another friend that left her in a comma for 6 months. She till this day says "I got into the car knowing that we were going to to racing. That was my bad judgment." She is now in the place in her life were she has let that anger go. People don't understand how people on the out side of the person that cant speak for them selfs make things look. Im sure that he knew what he was getting into when he got in to his race car to go racing.
I think Nick is going through a hard time as it is, imagine having ruined your friends life forever and your parents going through this lil game divorce dating younger people that look like there dang on kidz…Come on be real he's going through alot! john WAS buckled in!! just because nick's lawyers hold a press conference a week later and start pumping that shit to the airwaves doesn't mean it's the truth. cuz if he wasn't wearing a seat belt, why didn't he get ejected from the car? why didn't he go thru the windshield?? how could the car speed so fast *remember the hp on it was about 300*, on wet roads, spin around, and flip upside down more than once, and john was sitting upright in his seat? also he was found not only sitting upright in his seat when the help came, but in the same sitting position as nick. know what that means? john's body didn't not leave his seat!! how could he do that?? and you're telling me an unbuckled passenger would've survived?? did you all see the roof? it was CRUSHED!! how could john remain in his seat the whole time if he wasn't buckled in? someone could've EASILY un-buckled john before help came…
first of all this is what i think about this i dont think nick hogan is guilty of anything yeah he was drinking and driving BUT in Florida state laws a 17 year old can only drive with a 21 year old next to them and for the the 21 year old is responsible. i feel bad for john but he should of been more responsible and not have let nick hogan drink and i dont think nick deserves to go to jail john should have been more responsible as an ADULT!

I live in orlando, and a few months ago I was with some friends on a boat at a boating gas station in clearwater. Guess who we saw. Nick was by himself like a total d-bag. Way to be an asshole. Enjoy your jailtime.
the only evidence that john wasn't wearing his seat belt is that his belt was unbuckled when the firemen arrived on scene. that's it…and nick's word that john wasn't buckled in. but nick told the police 2 hours later @ the hospital that he 'didn't know' john wasn't buckled in. when nick's lawyers talk to nick AFTER the detectives talked to him, suddenly nick is positive john wasn't wearing his seat belt? PLEASE!! he would've died if he wasn't buckled in. he would've been ejected from that car if he didn't have his seat belt on. he def. would've gone thru the windshield since nick also crashed on the PASSENGER'S rear side! this seat belt crap was started by the hogans and their lawyers who gave a press conference a week later.
