We had the pleasure of hosting Katy Perry's record release party at the Capitol Records lot on Tuesday night and it was a huge, smashing success.
And festive too!
It's soooo fun to get to play dress up!
Dressed as the ringmaster, we put that whip to really good use all night long!
Katy looked gorgeous and she totally rocked out too.
After her performance, she was awarded a plaque commemorating sales of 500,000 copies of her hit single, I Kissed A Girl, which has been out just four weeks.
Miz Perry heads out on the Warped tour this summer, beginning on Friday.

I am so tired of you publicizing Katy "Perry" most likely for a cut. I am so disgusted that this girl is getting playtime on the radio. She's not even a lesbian, she's one of those girls that goes to a party and makes out with a girl to get attention from the guys and it's disgusting (as well as offensive to girls who actually are gay, Perez.) My friend is friends with some of the guys from the christian band Relient K..Katy dated the lead singer, Matthew Thiessen and everyone hated her because she was incredibly obnoxious. Her name was Katy Hudson back then but she changed her name so she wasn't confused with Kate Hudson when she was signed to a label. Katy was a christian singer back then and both her parents are pastors but then she was signed to a major label and almost instantly completely changed. What you see is not her, it's a music label creation.
Bravo on the weight loss. It is extremely difficult. Bravo.
