Kendal Sheppard, from MTV's Road Rules, is supposedly sick and tired of Desperate Housewives alum and Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend Josh Henderson shirking on his fatherly duties, so she put him on blast via her MySpace blog.
Apparently, he's her babydaddy, she has a paternity test to prove it, yet he's not accepting responsibility for his child.

father’s day and my baby's daddy…
with my son's first birthday on the same day as father's day, i can't help but have mixed feelings. i am so excited to celebrate the day my very favorite boy was born! but.. a feeling of anger and rage sweeps my body when i think of little asa's biological dead beat dad.
josh had made it clear from the beginning that he wanted nothing to do with his son. however, i was convinced that he was a better person than that. it's been a year of me trying to get him interested in one way or another- i even felt like we made a little progress around february when he actually returned a phone call- maybe even two. that was all i needed to know that i had been doing the right thing by not hiring lawyers or acting out of emotion. i thought we could have a peaceful coexsistance and that someday, my son would would be able to (at least) call his "father" if he simply wanted to talk. so foolish am i..
after months of delay, i realized that quite possibly, everyone was right about josh; that he really didn't care. recently, through the grapevine, i've heard that josh is saying that the DNA test we took about 10 months ago was inconclusive. even though i have a DNA test that came back negative from our preferred potetntial father, and josh's test came back with a very different result, josh is still saying that the child isn't his. i guess he needs more than a 99% to be convinced. maybe he has a twin with with idedntical DNA that he believes me to have slept with. even though josh admitted to being the father of asa, he is now changing his story. i'm assuming it has something to do with his lawyers. it's funny how lawyers are.. i wonder if they really think about the effects of their actions. if they are in support of a client not paying child support and using their knowledge that ultimately reflects the life of a little boy, then i am disgusted. josh has not returned any emails or calls since april when he said he'd call me when his "lawyers got back in town". they must be on summer vacation.

To me, it’s not that simple. She got pregnant, by mistake it seems. She decided to keep the baby, and he decided he didn’t want to have any kids, at least not this one. Who’s at fault? Not sure. He should have protected himself and maybe he did. Maybe she tricked him. Have you ever considered that? The thing is being a father is much more than providing your little swimmers. I’m a single mom and the best father figure for my daughter is her grandpa. If the lady wants what’s best for her little boy, she shouldn’t have used the Internet to get to his father. I’m sure the kid is much better off without him anyway.

We don't know the whole story. I've been through this and sometimes the guy says that they WANT a baby–then you get pregnant and tell them and they want nothing to do with it. I was talked into having a baby and then he turned into someone like this Josh guy. We don't know what was happening before the child was conceived. Now I have a psycho-stalker ex who is getting lots of people pregnant and doing the exact same things to them. He should be put on blast–it's a good warning to others!

OK, I'm sick of everyone saying that Kendal "chose to have this baby". Of course she did! Abortion is not a form of birth control and neither is adoption! As I read this womans account, I can't help but think that she chose on her own to have this baby and that their relationship was nothing but a one night stand. As a woman, I feel that she knew what the consequences were and she should have used protection. it sounds like she tried to convince him to want this kid. I got news for you, you cannot make anyone want to be a father if they chose not to. You cannot force anyone into a relationship by getting pregnant. Quit blaming him , and get a job and support the kid that you chose to bring into this world. Why is it that a women can chose to have an abortion and the father has no say, even if he want's the baby, but the women can have a baby even after the father made it clear he doesn't want it and the father is still expected to support the child????? I'm a divorced mom with 2 kids - from the same father, to whom I was married, I know right! He chose not to pay support for a while and eventually got his wages assigned. During that time, I quietly paid everything and have never mentioned anything to my kids. HOWEVER - I do not think that stupid bitches who spread their snatch should expect someone to pay for a child they did not want and had no choice in the decision to keep. I think both parties are stupid, but I am sick of men getting a raw deal from these women expecting a lifetime commitment from someone they themselves are not even committed to. If the woman wants the child, she can pay for it. Otherwise, put the baby up for adoption for a couple that will BOTH be committed to loving the child and not fuck it up for life over financial issues. Assholes.

Birth control is safe, effective and available. Just the fact that there was a "preferred" lover who was also suspected of siring the kid tells me that this Josh-whoever wasn't the only irresponsible one. I'm glad she chose to keep her baby, I'm glad he wasn't aborted. But she's an adult and Josh-whoever made his feelings clear before the child's birth.

Perez, this story is 100% true…I know Kendal from school days and this is entirely true–Josh is not taking responsibility for his actions and is, in fact, a complete douchebag. It's really terribly sad, and little Asa is a sweet baby and looks just like him…no child deserves to be discarded like this. Kendal's doing the best she can, but Josh obviously needs to step up and take responsibiilty (at LEAST financially, if he chooses to not do the right thing and be this kid's dad).
