Kendal Sheppard, from MTV's Road Rules, is supposedly sick and tired of Desperate Housewives alum and Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend Josh Henderson shirking on his fatherly duties, so she put him on blast via her MySpace blog.
Apparently, he's her babydaddy, she has a paternity test to prove it, yet he's not accepting responsibility for his child.

father’s day and my baby's daddy…
with my son's first birthday on the same day as father's day, i can't help but have mixed feelings. i am so excited to celebrate the day my very favorite boy was born! but.. a feeling of anger and rage sweeps my body when i think of little asa's biological dead beat dad.
josh had made it clear from the beginning that he wanted nothing to do with his son. however, i was convinced that he was a better person than that. it's been a year of me trying to get him interested in one way or another- i even felt like we made a little progress around february when he actually returned a phone call- maybe even two. that was all i needed to know that i had been doing the right thing by not hiring lawyers or acting out of emotion. i thought we could have a peaceful coexsistance and that someday, my son would would be able to (at least) call his "father" if he simply wanted to talk. so foolish am i..
after months of delay, i realized that quite possibly, everyone was right about josh; that he really didn't care. recently, through the grapevine, i've heard that josh is saying that the DNA test we took about 10 months ago was inconclusive. even though i have a DNA test that came back negative from our preferred potetntial father, and josh's test came back with a very different result, josh is still saying that the child isn't his. i guess he needs more than a 99% to be convinced. maybe he has a twin with with idedntical DNA that he believes me to have slept with. even though josh admitted to being the father of asa, he is now changing his story. i'm assuming it has something to do with his lawyers. it's funny how lawyers are.. i wonder if they really think about the effects of their actions. if they are in support of a client not paying child support and using their knowledge that ultimately reflects the life of a little boy, then i am disgusted. josh has not returned any emails or calls since april when he said he'd call me when his "lawyers got back in town". they must be on summer vacation.

Not every man wants to be a father. If he was stupid enough not to use protection than he should have to pay child support but it doesn't mean he wants a relationship with the child, sad but true. Maybe SHE should have figured that out first, that's just the way it is and he was upfront with her to begin with.
Obviously, she was looking to trap someone, she referred to 2 DNA tests and the "preferred" father was not a match.
Women like this give the rest of us a bad rap, look at what you have now, a father who doesn't want to participate in your childs life because you were to ignorant to understand what you were dealing with.

I dont know who these people are but…..yes, it is sad for the child but he will be better off in the long run. I must say, if a man tells you flat out he doesnt want children and you get pregnant anyway and decide to have the child, you should plan on raising it alone. The man made it clear beforehand. Being bitter because you couldnt change his mind really isnt fair. Sounds to me like this wasnt just an "oops", it was a planned blindside. She should enjoy her son and be satisfied that the father doesnt know what he is missing. I say this as a 40 year old woman who raised her son alone with no contact or support from the father. I don't disagree - he should have "wrapped it up," as you say. However, she should have insisted on it or simply kept her legs closed. It would have been prudent to have discussed the possibility of pregnancy before having sex if they both refused to use protection anyway. Whatever the case, the point is that he said he doesn't want to be involved. Who are you, or anyone else, to force it? Why would anyone want an unwilling father in their lives? What a horrible influence and outcome that would be for a poor child. Can you imagine trying to force someone to love you? Give it a rest. Make the man pay - he provided the sperm and should be responsible for the welfare of that child, but in terms of a relationship, the child is better off being surrounded by people that WANT to love him.

This gal needs to immediately contact the District Attorney in her city and file the necessary paperwork to get child support from this deadbeat sperm donor. He can't be called a dad, because he does not deserve it. She will not have to pay a red cent. All she needs is the DNA test results and complete some forms. The DA will take over and collect the child support on a monthly basis and mail it directly to this gal until the child is 18 years old. The unpaid child support will collect interest. If he does not pay, the DA will make sure to garnish his wages, or put him in jail for not paying. What a wonderful way to make the sperm donor pay for his irresponsability. Good luck.

A woman has the right to choose to have a baby and become a mother or go the other way and abort her child. A man is just supposed to suck it up and say ok well whatever you say I'll do? No way as long as abortion is legal men should have the right from the start of the pregnacy to say no thanks and walk away. If at the start he say's he'll be there than of course he should be. Men should have the same rights of parenthood as woman do.

Little Miss Kendal had the right to terminate her pregnancy and/ or give the baby up for adoption. She chose to keep it. It sounds like she's pissed off that she's saddled with baby duty. It takes two to tango and if she has a kid now, then she was part of the action. Its a chance you take and she took it. Josh has said he doesn't want any part of his kid and he is entitled to that choice. If he is the father I agree that he has to pay child support, but that doesn't mean he has to show up and be nicey nicey all the time. Mistakes happen. I'm sick of these women getting knocked up and then acting like the man HAS TO be there … sorry, women, you know what happens if you get pregnant. I'm not a proponent of abortion but I am an advocate of taking responsibility for your actions. You can argue it's his actions, too. But since we're the ones who are tethered to the child for life, women need to act before they leap.
Placing your child's photo with a DESPERATE plea to the father is tacky and demonstrates exactly the lack of maturity and self-centeredness (sorry, you know the potential consequences of having sex with this guy, you were just out for a good time, but things went awry) that got her into this mess (having the child of a deadbeat) in the first place. Focus on your kid instead of using your kid as a pawn. You can't change how he'll behave, all you can do is make sure that from here on out, you're focused on your child instead of yourself!
Whether Josh wanted to be a daddy "right now" or not is irrelevant, he has an obligation to support this child. If he can't man up and be responsible and be in his life, he should at least pay child support without complaint.
He'll have a few years to think of a good reason to answer to his son why he just a sperm donor…

Unfortunately, if relationships don't work out, the woman is the one who bares the expenses and responsibilities of child rearing. That is why women need to put more effort into responsible family planning. While I feel bad for the kid, the mom bares some of the responsibility for not being wiser in choosing who to have a kid with. There are a plethora of birth control options out there. Hopefully with her next kid she won't be so lax about it or at least make sure the person is up to being a suitable father.

If she decides to have this child herself she also decided to raise it by herself and pay for it by herself. No unbroken promise was made when she spread her legs.
