A LITTLE work???? If you're getting your jaw basically removed and cut in half and then strapped on again, it's going to be more than a little work. If it were that easy, would Drew Barrymore look like the bastard love child of Jay Leno and The Statue of Liberty.
Sad that you want everyone to look alike. I like the fact that she is quirky and unique and does not fit into the Hollywood cookie cutter mold. Don't mock people for being themselves.
