Mr.Hilton, do you feel really small and worthless inside? Because that´s the kind of people who feel the need to put others down like this. I think she´s a beautiful girl, she hasn´t got the boring standard features of Hollywood- refreshing! Do the thing that work for you Hilton, be fun, sweet and diabolic in your comments, this is just plain nasty! Don´t see how you can stand for it.
Wouldn't it be funny if Bruce read this and gave Perez a kicking?

AGREED! usually, i think that plastic surgery is usually plastic-looking and unessecary, (coughcouchHEIDIMONTAG) lol, but i think that shes an exception. she would look much better if she had some work done!

wow… shes actually quite pretty on the right.
there is on such surgery to shave over half your chin away or to make your nostrils less flared and open, or to make your eyes bigger and rounder or to make your face & huge shaped head smaller or to get all your f'd up features out of the middle of your gigantic face and give you at least decent symmetry. the only thing she could fix somewhat are her thin ugly lips with botox fillers, but then she would have trout pout & fish lips, and would look even more weird than she does now.
so she is destined to look like a strange fug potato head alien with no lips the rest of her useless life.

I think that she is beautiful just as she is. Beauty is something that is very subjective. Photoshopping her image is extremely offensive and anti woman. Please explain to me why women must constantly change their appearance to maintain something that is as elusive as beauty. You don't see this kind of commentary aimed at men.

she and her whole family are a bunch of ugly losers! plastic surgery may help her face but it won't help her "I'm special because of my family" attitude. I've seen interviews with her and she always comes off as fake, just like her mom and dad. I guess we should feel sorry for her because she does take after her potato head father…no wonder he has to buy women. LOL! Maybe Rumer should start doing likewise…buy herself a gold digging male model to show off at events and parties. I'm sure there are plenty of them out there who'd be only to happy to pose as her boyfriend. She could take them on trips to her fathers place on the Turks and caicos island amongst his other homes…after all what's sauce for the goose….LOL!

As for surgery? Welllll, maybe she should try to be less like her family and more like a normal human being. I hear at a nightclub after the Oscars when the door man wouldn't let her in, she screamed "DON'T YOU KNOW WHO MY MOTHER IS?!" LOL! sounds like a typical Hollywood spoiled brat to me.
The best thing for her to do is to pack her bags and go help the poor and needy in places like Africa or India. Then maybe she would learn to pull her head out of her a** and start to realize that neither she or her family is the center of the universe.
