Not saying he is right. That language is never necessary and only exacerbates the situation and as long as she holds it as 'proof' (even if it is 3 years old) this is something she will always hold over him.

The first call sounds to me like he's frustrated by her avoidance behavior when he's attempting to respond to her communications, whereas she obviously doesn't want to deal directly with him anymore for whatever reasons. He asks for a phone call, and asks her to put herself in his place and understand why he's mad. I really don't think its so bad, apart from the 'n' word, which was obviously said in frustrated anger. The second call sounds like she told him one thing, and then it turned out another way, (see theory) and he openly expressed his confusion at the mixed signals; hence the accusation 'liar'. There are two sides to every story, and this is the first time I've had empathy for Sheen as well as Richards. The trouble comes when people do one thing, and then their lawyer tells them midstream to deal with it in another way, so it appears they were going to do one thing, and then they do another after 'expert' advice; so divorcing couples both end up feeling jerked around, and that's not fun, and particularly tough on a communicator like Sheen. Professional and present mediation could be helpful here, rather than continue to air frustrations on both sides through third parties, like MEDIA! It might go a long way toward reducing hurt feelings and legal bills all around.
