Wow! This is a bit of a shocker!
In an upset, Germany beat Portugal 3-2 on Wednesday night at the Euro 2008.
Crissy was NOT happy about that and he also revealed some surprising news after the game.
At a press conference post-defeat, Cristiano Ronaldo announced that he is hoping to leave Manchester Unites and join Real Madrid.
Says Ronnie, "The possibilities [of moving to Real] are great, but as I've always said it doesn't depend only on me. In the next few days we will see if we can arrive at an agreement. I have many desires and in the next few days they will become clear."
Wow. Wow. Wow.
The 23-year-old Cristiano still has four years left on a contract he signed only last season and his fee would undoubtedly break the world transfer record of $90m paid by Real for Zinedine Zidane in 2001.

Does everyone realise that, statistically, he is already at the best club in Europe? As much as it pains me to say this, United did win the Champions League meaning that - theoretically - they're the best of all the European football clubs - including Real Madrid.
Also, if the English Premier League is so bad, why does everyone go there to play. Euro 2008 is full of players who usually represent English teams. Yesterday's match was a perfect example.

Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez are just as good as Ronoldo but they don't take a shot every time their feet hit the ball. MU will use the money they get from him to buy some new great players.
