Sources tell us that Julia Roberts was nothing less than a "Major Bitch" on the red carpet during the premier of Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, Thursday in NYC.
Julia is an executive producer on the film.
It seems though that the former Pretty Woman had a major 'tude with the photographers.
She wouldn't remove her sunglasses, despite numerous request, and she wouldn't even pose by herself!
She kept posing with producer Lisa Gillian or with someone else by her side.
And, when asked for some solo shots, Roberts just walked away.
WTF?
Why camera shy all of a sudden, Julia?

I agree with Jim #4 - perhaps she's just trying to attract attention to where it's due
Never could stand her, from the time I read one of her interviews where she stated very angrily : "I"m doing this all for YOU PEOPLE, we actors DO IT FOR YOU!" oh please, you DO IT for you, you BIATCH and the MONEY too honey. Who you think you're fooling you old homewreaking wh*re.
The paps talk to celebs like they're dancing puppets "do this, do that" good for her for holding her own.
She didn't even make an effort.

Now that she's producing, I don't think she cares about all the glamourous hype. She's so real and down to earth. BTW, the movie is receiving great reviews.

I've taken pictures of her on the red carpet and she is always a B. I don't know why she even shows up if she's not going to give photogs something to shoot and print. She is there to promote her movie. That's a part of the gig. I guess she'd rather have paps chase her down in public. The red carpet photogs are not the same as paps but she sure acts the same towards us. I'd go so far as to say that she's a C. Too bad. I guess she's just getting old.

Actually she's refused to take her glasses off a couple of other times too (Charlotte's Web pr). She's just not very pleasant in person when she's working with the media. She's so fake (actress I get it) and overpaid. She doesn't sign autographs like Angelina and she doesn't talk to all of the reporters that wait (like the photogs) hours to talk with her like Tom Cruise or Will Smith usually do. She needs to retire. That's probably why she's producing. If all of you that don't understand the game; having her at the premiere can obviously help with getting the (small) movie more press and hopefully bigger box office. So that's why she's there people. But if she's going to half-a** it, then why bother? It's so disrespectful to the other actors that made the effort. Oh this one is an UBER BITCH on a plane. We got a lame memo about how not to address her and how not to bother her. She would preboard with her assistant and would not require anything etc. Please do not disturb Ms. Roberts during this long flight etc. etc. etc. Well at the last minute one of the flight attendants got pulled and replaced with someone who did not get the memo and was not aware that Ms. Roberts would be on the plane. Guess what, they told her how much they liked her work and that what a wonderful actress they thought she was and how nice it was to have her on the plane today. Ms. Robert't response was "Obviously SOMEONE did not get the memo about not talking to me!" That is when this person came back with…"Well I guess we are not going to be a very Pretty Woman today."
