I was getting discouraged because I went on a diet with perez and still this 4th I won't be in a bikini. I look good, but not good enough. I have nice shapely legs, girlie cut arms, but butt is hardish, but my belly is soft. There's hard muscle underneath about a 1 inch thick layer of superfluous belly. That tells me I need to lose pounds overall, probably about 15. But they don't seem to want to budge.
