I have met him twice, 1) at the local radio station where I work, we talked for two hours about everything 2) one year later, at a charrity event in NYC. John remebered our conversation, even asked how our Children's Hospital Triathlon (which he donated heavily) went that my husband hosted. John is a really, really unusually good guy. I meet "celebrities" of all kinds every week, and Mayer is by far the most talented, intelligent, funny all around great guy. It's sad to read comments about him made by people who don't know anything about him but what they read on blogs or gossip mags.
I was at this concert, and The Mayer was fantastic!!! He did say after the first few songs that he was glad the photographers stopped taking pictures. HOT HOT HOT!!!!
