I have a strong feeling that Lourdes is actually Sean Penn's kid. I remeber 9 months before Lourdes was born, Madonna spent time with Sean Penn in a NYC hotel the same night after the VH1 Awards. I also remember, Madonna wanted to pay off Carlos to keep his mouth shut. But, we'll never know because paternity test will never be made.

Guy is the hottest guy Madonna ever had. Sorry they divorced though, but she is ten years older than he is and it's a shock they lasted this long. And no this girl is not Sean Penn's, she doesn't look white enough to be his daughter. Just look at Sean's offspring with Robin Wright, they don't looked mixed with anything they are all white.
