I was at that show and Dave is the MAN! He rarely puts down his guitar to dance but we were all so excited to see him get down. I've been to about 20 Dave shows and those guys give it their all EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Dont hate! PS- How fucking amazing was Tim Reynolds on the electric?!?!?!?!?!?!

See DMB every year and we were the first stop on the tour this year Pgh PA - and he did this - it was AWESOME it was the first time we'd ever noticed him take his guitar off and dance and sing - it was great!! Dave Rocks!

Has been tho? He's still selling out gigantic ampitheaters and arena's across the globe. His CD's continue to go platinum, even the live one's. His fans love him, even after nearly 2 decades. He has said on several occasions that he has made more money doing this than he ever needed, yet he continues to do it. For his fans. Has been, I think not.

I'm African American and I'll be at Dave's concert this Saturday in Virginia at Nissan Pavilion. He's absolutely fantastic in concert and he likes to have fun on stage… you gotta respect that!

I saw my first DMB show on June 14th in Hartford and it was absolutely amazing.. I had lawn seats and about 5 minutes before the show started, rain started pouring– Dave just rocked it even harder for over two hours– getting us way in the back going with Gravedigger- esp. the line "gravedigger, when you dig my grave, can you make it shallow, so that I can feel the rain"– it was amazing… and he did the same song as an encore at the 6/14 show and danced even harder– there are youtube videos of it— dave friggin rocks and doesn't deserve to be bashed on by anyone, especially not for being himself…

I sat a table over from him at Hamilton's restaurant in Charlottesville a few months ago. I over heard him talking about how much he thinks his current fans are annoying and he hates when he has to meet with them. Basically, he thinks that they are stupid. However, he keeps the band going for the money it brings in and all the people he is responsible for supporting.
