I've had the surgery on both my feet and it's not like a little thing. With mine the surgeon had to shave the bunion off, break and set the big toe in the foot. If they're not hurting her, let her be. It's not a little thing.

The surgery and recovery for bunions is long and more painful than the bunions themselves. This is from wearing very high heels too often. Take heed girls. Wear low heels.
