For all of you and Perez talking about lean versus large muscles. You can build lean muscle mass and drop bodyfat at the same time, yes anabolic and catabolic. These celebs look pretty scary thin, not fit!!!! And very unhealthy!! Their bodies are literally eating their muscle mass to stay alive!! If you want to be Lean and very well Defind ripped arms abs legs you better watch what you eat Healthy eating is 80% of the fittness battle!!!! For all you guys dreaming of those ripped six pack of abs you better be on a low fat low to medium carb high protein eating plan!!!! Only when you workout build lean muscle and have Total Bodyfat at 5-7% will you see the coveted healthy lean and defined look you dream about!! Thats one hard fucking road but when you get their its easier to maintain than go from fat to truely fit!!!!! Good Luck!!!!
