Both the song and video are annoyingly child-like, but appropriate nonetheless.
She's only fifteen, and the majority of her fans are tween girls.
That said, I don't really take it seriously. Meaning, it's not something I'd blast in my car while driving.
I do think, however, that 'romantic love' is totally something in which she knows too little about to be crying and/or howling over. She should stick to fun, upbeat lyrics for a while–youth fades more rapidly than most think.

I think it's good, especially to the kids that Miley appeals to. I think however, being involved with Disney can hold a person back on what they may be capable of. Restrictions. In any sense, I think the song is cute. Being a person signed with Disney, the song is good for kids, catchy, upbeat..something that I think parents wouldn't mind, and something I think kids would like.
